Requirements:

— 4+ years of professional front-end experience, with production experience predating AI-assisted development – we require an engineering foundation built before coding agents, verified at interview through deep debugging and fundamentals questions;

Your future challenges 

As a Middle Front-end Developer, you will take on a founding role in building this application from scratch. Your challenges will include:

• Shaping the architecture and technical stack of a greenfield AI-driven web app
• Translating ambitious product ideas into production-ready features
• Partnering closely with backend engineers to define clear API contracts for AI services
• Solving novel technical problems, from real-time data visualization to seamless human-AI interactions
• Balancing speed of delivery with long-term scalability and performance
• Setting engineering standards and mentoring less experienced developers
• Acting as a thought partner to the Product Manager in exploring “what’s possible” with modern AI technologies.

Impact you will make 

• Develop responsive, scalable UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs
• Partner with UX/UI designers to translate designs into seamless user experiences
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of team practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in React apps

Skills we are looking for 

• At least 4 years of experience as a Front-end Developer, preferably in a tech environment
• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript 
• Deep understanding of software principles: SOLID, IoC, OOP, design patterns, and client/server architecture
• Expertise in React.js and state management
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews)
• Familiarity with authentication concepts and secure application development
• Experience with testing frameworks 
• Knowledge of Docker/docker-compose and basic CI/CD processes
• Performance optimization skills: profiling JS/React apps, identifying bottlenecks, keeping apps fast

The product we are working on is one of TOP-3 navigation systems, complex web-services and other solutions related to it. The web and mobile apps handle information at massive scale and extend well beyond the search giving people and companies a lot of new useful options.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing requirements for new product features and services
• Hands-on development based on the requirements
• Covering the code with unit tests
• Improving existing software and fixing bugs
• Creating and maintaining code documentation

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of hands-on work experience as a Fullstack/Frontend developer
• Hands-on experience in implementing pixel-perfect designs over HTML/CSS
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• Hands-on experience with more than one leading frontend framework (our focus is React but it’s preferred you also have experience with either Angular, Vue, Ember.js, Polymer etc)
• Strong hands-on skill with frontend toolkits (Gulp, Webpack, Karma, Jasmine etc.)
• Experience with distributed version control systems (Git, Mercurial, Fossil, etc.)
• Upper-Intermediate English skills, or higher (both written and spoken)
• Experience in working in a linux based server environment
• Ability to learn new technologies
