We are looking for an Accountant to join our team and support the day-to-day accounting operations for our FOPs. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team, help ensure accurate and timely processes, and contribute to smooth accounting operations across our businesses.

What you will do:

• participate in the accounting support process for individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) under the Group 3 simplified tax system;
• monitor timely and accurate payments to FOPs;
• assist with calculating taxes on FOP income and monitoring timely tax payments;
• ensure that FOP tax reports are submitted on time;
• maintain primary accounting documentation and check that it complies with current legal requirements;
• assist with the registration and closure of FOPs;
• open and close bank accounts;
• assist with obtaining electronic digital signatures (EDS) for client banking systems.

• at least 1 year of experience as an accountant managing individual entrepreneurs (PE);
• proficiency in PC usage, including Google Docs;
• familiarity with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service;

About the role

Key Responsibilities

Banking and treasury operations

• Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions

Required skills:

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in treasury or a closely related finance function
• Hands-on experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting
• Experience managing KYC, bank documentation, and bank relationship support
• Understanding of payment flows, approval processes, ERP-driven finance operations, and treasury controls.
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve treasury processes, strengthen controls, and implement automation and AI solutions.

About your role: We are looking for a Lead Treasury Manager to help scale and strengthen our treasury function. This role offers the opportunity to manage multi-currency cash flows across international banks, EMIs, and crypto partners, optimize treasury processes, and gradually build and lead the treasury team as the company grows. • Lead and develop the company's treasury function, driving its continuous improvement, scaling processes, and implementing best practices to support business growth.

JOB OVERVIEW
First Crypto Exchange LLC (FCE) is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee the firm's fiat and digital asset treasury operations. 

This role owns day-to-day liquidity and cash management, riskless principal trading oversight, wallet and custody operations, counterparty and banking relationships, and treasury risk controls. 

The Treasury Manager will work closely with the CFO to ensure the firm maintains adequate liquidity, sound risk limits, and strong operational controls across all treasury activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily treasury operations across fiat and digital assets, including cash positioning and intraday liquidity.

• Oversee riskless principal trading, ensuring client trades are matched and hedged with no unintended market exposure.

• Monitor liquidity across exchange wallets, banking partners, and trading venues, maintaining sufficient fiat and crypto balances for client and operational needs.

• Manage hot and cold wallets, including transfers, custody, withdrawal approvals, security, and segregation-of-duties controls.

• Execute and monitor fiat and crypto settlements, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers between banks, custodians, and trading counterparties.

• Manage relationships with banks, custodians, liquidity providers, and market makers.

• Monitor counterparty exposure and credit risk across exchanges, custodians, and trading partners, escalating any limit breaches.

• Perform daily cash and crypto reconciliations across internal systems, exchange wallets, and custodial accounts.

• Monitor market, liquidity, and settlement risks, ensuring treasury and trading activities stay within board-approved limits.

• Support regulatory reporting related to treasury, liquidity, and capital adequacy.

• Track and report treasury KPIs, including liquidity ratios, wallet balances, settlement times, and counterparty exposure.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury, trading operations, or liquidity management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or financial markets.
• Solid understanding of riskless principal trading / market-making concepts and hedged position management.
• Familiarity with crypto custody, hot/cold wallet management, and blockchain transaction processes.
• Strong understanding of liquidity risk, counterparty risk, and market risk management.
