About the Role

Finora Credit is an international fintech company developing modern online lending products. We are looking for a CRM / Retention Marketing Manager who will be responsible for customer retention, repeat loan growth, and the development of CRM initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase repeat loans and customer retention.

• Build and optimize communication flows through SMS, Push, Email, Telegram, and Contact Center channels.

• Work with different customer segments across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

The Finance Manager position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Director of Finance. We are looking for a Payment & Risk Manager to join our gambling project. The role is focused on managing payment operations, monitoring transaction risks, reducing fraud exposure, improving approval rates, and working closely with PSPs, banks, fraud prevention tools, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage deposits, withdrawals, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.

• Experience with chargebacks, refunds, disputes, fraud monitoring, and risk analysis.
• Basic knowledge of KYC/AML processes.

What you’ll drive:
 

Revenue Recognition & Reporting
