• month-end closing processes: preparing and performing initial analysis on management reporting packages (P&L, CF, BS) for the new country, identifying variance reasons

• autonomous interaction with tax consultants: formatting precise inquiries, gathering data for tax calculations (especially ride-hailing-specific VAT on digital services), and monitoring timely tax filing by local consultants

• audit coordination: communicating with internal and external auditors, promptly preparing answers and the necessary documentation package

Challenges for the first 3 months:
• develop a comprehensive understanding of how operational events trigger financial entries in Tableau reports
• demonstrate full proficiency in tracking and analyzing key metrics: Rider Virtual Balance, Driver Virtual Balance, Cash Flow, and Profit & Loss
• payment Provider Reconciliations, establish and streamline the regular reconciliation process for all incoming payment flows
• set up a robust, systematic routine for periodic reconciliations of payment processing data across all local financial providers and PSPs
• discrepancy analysis, achieve operational autonomy in identifying and resolving financial data mismatches
• effectively identify and resolve discrepancies between PSP reports and bank statements
• diagnose, explain, and document the root causes of data variances between internal transactional data in Tableau (cross-check between DVB, RVB, PL, CF)
• financial Reporting Ownership (P&L, CF), take full ownership of the month-end closing and management reporting for the local legal entity

To achieve results, you will need: 
• higher degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics). Having or pursuing professional certifications (ACCA / CIMA) will be a significant advantage

• 3 years of experience in corporate finance within international companies or in audit/consulting 

• high-transaction business sectors (FinTech, Ride-hailing, E-commerce, Logistics, Delivery)

• deep understanding of IFRS standards and basic principles of international taxation (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Payroll)

The Jr. Accounting Specialist position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Accounting Specialist. The essential functions of this role include supporting monthly and annual reporting processes, performing routine controller tasks, assisting with regulatory filings and audits, and contributing to accurate financial operations through collaboration and data analysis.

to take ownership of financial operations within our media buying department.

In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain transparency across multiple media buying teams, and help build scalable financial processes. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations, manage large advertising budgets across European GEOs, and contribute to automating workflows that improve efficiency and control.
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of expenses across media buying teams
• Analyze agency expenses, identify discrepancies, and resolve financial issues
• Request payouts from affiliate programs and maintain salary/payment registers
• Process contractor payments and calculate team bonuses
• Calculate deposit amounts on a weekly, 14-day, and 28-day basis
• Monitor balances across payment accounts and advertising platforms
• Collect, verify, and track recurring payments (subscriptions, software, services)
• Maintain and update DDS, P&L, and Cash Flow statements for the department
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations for affiliate partners
• Build and maintain clear financial documentation, spreadsheets, and internal procedures
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, AI tools, and Claude
• Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting accuracy

About the Role:
We are looking for an autonomous Treasury Manager to join our Treasury Team (office-based in Warsaw, Poland), reporting to the Treasury Operations Lead.
This is a hands-on operational role with real impact: you will own the full payment cycle for our marketing ecosystem — managing 100+ partners including affiliates, resellers, and direct ad platforms (Google, Meta, and others). You'll have the freedom to independently open accounts, onboard new financial institutions, and improve our payment infrastructure as the company grows. Responsibilities:
(1) Develop & Execute Payment Growth Strategies
— Design and implement tailored payment strategies to support business scalability;
— Lead payment strategies for new projects, ensuring optimal operational structuring, financial efficiency, and compliance;

(2) Strategic Relationship & Cash Management
— Develop and maintain partnerships with financial institutions, including banks and e-money providers;

About your role: We are looking for a Lead Treasury Manager to help scale and strengthen our treasury function. This role offers the opportunity to manage multi-currency cash flows across international banks, EMIs, and crypto partners, optimize treasury processes, and gradually build and lead the treasury team as the company grows.
