• Maintain and update billing records using Google Sheets;

• Support in preparing financial reports and analysis;

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Generalist to take full ownership of the finance function, building and running it as a true business partner to leadership, delivery, and sales. The role covers the full spectrum: financial planning, project economics, invoicing, payroll, reporting, and compliance. You will have real influence over how financial processes are structured and how financial data shapes business decisions.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Own the company's financial planning cycle: annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and revenue, cost, and margin projections at the client level
• Manage the full billing process: from contract review and billing model setup to invoice issuance, accounts receivable tracking, and payment reconciliation
• Oversee project finances: budget setup, cost allocation, rate card management, margin calculations, and ongoing profitability assessment
• Handle accounts payable end-to-end: vendor validation, purchase request processing, invoice verification, expense categorization, and timely payment execution
• Manage payroll and contractor payments: consolidate timesheets, calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and contractor fees, and execute payment runs
• Lead the monthly financial close and prepare core reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, KPI dashboards, and budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Collaborate with accountants to ensure tax reporting accuracy and legal financial compliance
• Maintain financial systems and operations: administer QuickBooks / TOConline, manage bank accounts, and keep finance processes documented and up to date.
   

What you’ll need

• 3+ years in a finance role covering both operational and analytical responsibilities
• Strong command of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Hands-on experience with AR/AP, invoicing, payroll, and contractor payments
• Experience with project-level financial management, ideally in an IT services or agency context
• Comfortable working with accounting systems (QuickBooks, TOConline, or similar)

We run a performance marketing operation across France, Belgium, UK, and US markets. We need a detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle payment tracking and reconciliation on an ongoing part-time basis.

What you'll do:

Track incoming cryptocurrency payments and match them against client accounts. Flag late, short, or missing payments. Calculate periodic deductions and adjustments per client. Prepare weekly client statements (call volume delivered, amount owed, payments received, running balance). Monitor platform balances from reports we provide and flag when top-ups are needed. Fit4Me шукає Accounting Specialist, який підсилить Finance & Tax функцію з фокусом на VAT у міжнародному середовищі.

Це роль для спеціаліста, який хоче працювати з міжнародною податковою звітністю в середовищі продуктового стартапу, де швидкість рішень і прямий вплив на бізнес мають значення.

Ти відповідатимеш за якість VAT-даних і процесів у різних юрисдикціях: від збору та перевірки інформації до формування коректної бази для звітності та взаємодії з зовнішніми бухгалтерами.

Impact зони:

• Підготовка та структурування фінансових даних із платіжних систем і внутрішніх джерел для VAT-обліку.
• Звірка даних між платіжними системами, внутрішніми інструментами та бухгалтерією, аналіз і пояснення розбіжностей.
• Контроль коректності нарахувань VAT / ПДВ у межах міжнародних операцій.
• Формування та перевірка даних для зовнішніх бухгалтерів у різних юрисдикціях.
• Контроль якості даних і готовності до звітних дедлайнів.
• Робота з фінансовими документами: банківські виписки, інвойси, звіти платіжних систем.
• Підтримка точності рахунків, пов’язаних із непрямими податками.
• Участь у запуску нових юрисдикцій і побудові процесів VAT-обліку.
• Взаємодія з командами Finance, Accounting та зовнішніми податковими консультантами.
• Аналіз фінансових даних для виявлення помилок і зон покращення процесів.

Ми очікуємо, що ти маєш:

• 2+ роки досвіду в бухгалтерському обліку, фінансах або податковому обліку.
• Практичне розуміння VAT / ПДВ і логіки непрямих податків.
• Досвід звірок даних між кількома джерелами.
• Excel / Google Sheets: впевнена робота з великими масивами даних (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP або аналоги).
• Досвід роботи з бухгалтерськими або фінансовими системами.
• Англійська на рівні роботи з документацією та листування.
