The Mission

• Mobile-First Frontend: Architect and scale our React-based mobile web application, ensuring 60fps performance and offline-first capabilities.

About the role

You will be a Core Developer in our product team, taking charge of developing and scaling our mobile product. Ти очолиш розробку нашого ключового активу — мобільного застосунку AI-тьютора. На етапі від 0 до 1 ти власноруч закладеш фундамент мобільної архітектури, напишеш перші рядки коду MVP та налаштуєш процеси релізу. Оскільки основа нашого продукту — це голосове спілкування з AI в реальному часі, твоєю головною технічною задачею буде забезпечення безшовного, швидкого та стабільного користувацького досвіду.

Що потрібно буде робити:

— Розробка MVP з нуля: hands-on написання коду, вибір оптимальних бібліотек та побудова масштабованої архітектури мобільного застосунку;

— Інтеграція Voice & AI: реалізація функціоналу запису, обробки та відтворення аудіо в реальному часі (взаємодія з бекендом та LLM для забезпечення мінімальної затримки відповіді);

— UI/UX імплементація: тісна співпраця з дизайнерами та Product Manager для створення зручного, інтуїтивного інтерфейсу та плавних анімацій;

— Release Management: налаштування процесів CI/CD, управління релізами в App Store та Google Play;

— Лідерство: менторство, проведення code review та майбутній найм інженерів у свою команду.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе (Кваліфікація):

— Досвід: 4–5+ років у мобільній розробці (Senior / Tech Lead рівень);

— Технічна експертиза: глибокі знання основного стека React Native та розуміння життєвого циклу мобільного застосунку;

— Досвід лідерства: успішний досвід управління командою розробників, виконання ролі Tech Lead або менторства;

— Робота з аудіо/мережею: досвід оптимізації швидкості роботи додатків, роботи зі складними API-інтеграціями;

— Startup Mindset: фокус на бізнес-результаті; вміння знаходити компроміс між ідеальною архітектурою та швидкістю перевірки гіпотез на ринку.

Буде великим плюсом:

— Досвід роботи з технологіями розпізнавання/синтезу мовлення (Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech);

— Досвід побудови застосунків з моделлю монетизації subscriptions;

— Попередній досвід роботи в early-stage стартапах або ніші EdTech.

Твоя місія:

• Повністю закривати мобільну розробку продукту MyDrama — це не просто писати код, а працювати як product engineer: челенджити рішення, пропонувати ідеї та реально впливати на те, куди рухається продукт.
• Реалізовувати та покращувати retention-функціонал (наприклад, робота з плеєром, reward-системою, головним екраном). Впроваджувати нові paywall-и, типи підписок, інші монетизаційні механіки.
• Розвивати AI pipeline продукту — AI QA, AI-аналітика, AI-рекомендації, AI search, AI main screen, персоналізація контенту. У 80–90% коду генерувати через Cursor, Claude Code, Codex та тощо.
• Приймати рішення на основі даних — самостійний доступ до аналітики, тісна співпраця з продуктовою командою: PM, дизайнерами, QA.

Для цього знадобляться такі навички та досвід:

• AI-First Mindset — генерація 80–90% коду через Cursor, Claude Code, Codex чи аналогічні інструменти як робочий стандарт. Постійна робота з агентік-девелопментом, глибоке розуміння скілів та MCP, вміння створювати кастомні скіли під задачі продукту.
• Глибокі знання React Native та TypeScript від 2-ох років.
• Досвід роботи з Native Modules.
• Впевнена робота з Firebase, Redux / Redux Toolkit, REST API.
• Проактивність та ініціативність — не чекаєш задач, а сам бачиш, де можна покращити продукт.
• Відповідальність за результат, а не за процес.
• Сильні комунікаційні навички для роботи у крос-функціональній команді.
