We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Trainee .NET Azure Cloud Engineer to join our technology team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working closely with experienced engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based applications and services using the .NET framework and Microsoft Azure.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in building and maintaining cloud-based applications using .NET and Azure services.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and enhance cloud-based solutions.

• Gain practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies through real-world projects and mentoring.

   

Requirements

• Foundational Knowledge: Familiarity with programming concepts and .NET technologies (e.g., C#).
• Azure Fundamentals: An understanding of core Azure Services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.
• Databases: Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Version Control: Awareness of version control systems (e.g., Git) or a strong interest in learning them.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Enthusiasm for solving technical problems and troubleshooting in a collaborative environment.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills (English min. B2), with a team-oriented mindset.
• Learning Mindset: A strong desire to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.

Job responsibilities

• Cloud Application Development: Assist in learning and contributing to the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications and services using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure under the guidance of senior team members.
• Azure Services Integration: Support the team in integrating Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage into applications while gaining hands-on experience.
• Code Implementation: Write basic, maintainable code using .NET technology with mentorship, following industry best practices and team guidelines.
• Testing and Debugging: Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting cloud applications to ensure performance and reliability, learning problem-solving strategies along the way.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and processes as part of project learning.
• Continuous Learning: Actively engage in learning about the latest cloud technologies, especially Azure services, and best practices in cloud development to build technical expertise.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at Bamboo Card. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in full stack development, primarily using .NET / C#, AWS cloud services, and ReactJS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services as well as modern, responsive frontend applications.

This role requires a strong focus on performance, scalability, security, clean architecture, and code quality, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• .NET / C# Development:
  Extensive experience in building robust, scalable applications using .NET and C#.
• Frontend Development (ReactJS):
  Strong experience in developing modern, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, including state management, reusable components, and API integration.
• AWS Cloud Expertise:
  Solid hands-on experience with AWS services including (but not limited to):
  Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, SAM, and other relevant AWS services.
• API Development:
  Proven experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Database Management:
  Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
• CI/CD Pipelines:
  Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, reliable deployments.
• Version Control:
  Proficient with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Architecture:
  Experience working with microservices and serverless architectures, designing scalable and maintainable systems.

Вакансія передбачає експертну роль у формуванні та розвитку системи управління хмарними послугами, які використовує організація (Cloud Governance Framework), забезпеченні сталого розвитку використання організацією публічних, приватних та гібридних хмарних платформ (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, IaaS провайдери, як українські, так і закордонні).

Кандидат відповідатиме за розробку, погодження та контроль впровадження внутрішніх регламентів, політик та процедур у сфері використання організацією хмарної інфраструктури і хмарних сервісів у відповідності з нормативно-правовими актами загальнодержавного та відомчого рівнів з урахуванням кращих бізнес-практик, а також наявних стратегій, директив та політик НАТО у цій сфері.

Обов’язки

• аналіз та документування потреб організації у використанні мультихмарної інфраструктури і хмарних послуг
• оцінка потреб організації у розробці нових та оновленні існуючих керівних документів у сфері використання хмарних послуг
• відповідальність за формування Cloud Governance Framework
• розробка стратегій і процедур виходу з хмари чи переїзду на іншу платформу
• надання аргументованих пропозицій стосовно внесення конкретних змін у чинні нормативно-правові акти та регуляторні норми загальнодержавного рівня
• розробка та погодження із зацікавленими структурними підрозділами регламентів і процедур у сфері використання хмарних послуг в організації
• підготовка рішень керівництва організації у сфері використання хмарних послуг
• участь в проєктуванні та просуванні хмарних рішень у відповідності до бізнес-потреб організації з урахуванням вимог безпеки та оборонного сектору
• участь у встановленні стандартів доступу до хмарних сервісів для різних рівнів користувачів організації з метою забезпечення конфіденційності, цілісності та безпеки даних організації.
• проведення архітектурного та конфігураційного аудиту існуючих хмарних середовищ та формулювання рекомендацій щодо їх оптимізації
• оцінка та управління ризиками, пов’язаними з використанням хмарних сервісів, включаючи розробку стратегій мінімізації ризиків
• взаємодія з командами адміністраторів хмарної інфраструктури, хмарних сервісів та кіберзахисту

Необхідні навички, досвід і кваліфікації

• розуміння різних типів хмарних послуг, їхніх можливостей та обмежень
• розуміння основних принципів та практик безпеки інформації в хмарному середовищі, включаючи криптографію, управління ідентифікацією та автентифікацією, контроль доступу та інші аспекти
• знання законодавства та регуляторних актів загальнодержавного рівня у сфері використання хмарних послуг
• знання державних стандартів у сфері захисту інформації чи міжнародних стандартів інформаційної безпеки (ISO/IEC 27001)
• розуміння процесів розробки, впровадження та забезпечення виконання політик у великих та/або державних організаціях
• досвід у розробці стратегій та директив, які відповідають потребам та цілям організації в коротко- і довгостроковій перспективі
• здатність аналізувати потенційні ризики та виявляти вразливості в хмарних інформаціно-комунікаційних системах
• уміння ефективно спілкуватися з колегами та стейкхолдерами організації, включаючи як технічних спеціалістів, менеджерів так і вище керівництво
• знання англійської мови на рівні upper-intermediate або вище

• здатність працювати в умовах регуляторної невизначеності

Перевагою буде наявність у кандидата знань та досвіду:

• досвід роботи в ІТ структурах сектору безпеки і оборони або великих державних організацій чи підприємств
• досвід у впровадженні спеціалізованих хмарних рішень для сектору безпеки і оборони (Microsoft Cloud for Sovereignty, Trusted Secure Enclave та інші)
• наявність сертифікацій глобальних хмарних провайдерів (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
• наявність сертифікацій у галузі безпеки інформації, такі як Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) або Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• досвід управління проєктами та або наявність сертифікацій у цій галузі (PMP, PRINCE2)

Spinocchio Studio is an iGaming game studio registered and licensed in Romania, with a fully remote Ukrainian engineering team. We design, build and operate our own RGS (Remote Gaming Server) platform that powers a portfolio of casino games — handling game sessions, math/RNG, bets, payouts, regulatory reporting, and integrations with operators.

This is a long-term, full-time role. We're not staffing up for a single project — we're growing the team that owns and evolves our core platform for the next several years.

What you'll be doing

• Own backend services on the RGS platform end-to-end: game session lifecycle, wallet integrations, math engines, regulatory reporting
• Design and ship features from spec to production
• Work directly with our CTO and a small, senior engineering team
• Shape architecture decisions as we scale to new markets and operators
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve our engineering process

Our stack

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of commercial .NET development
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL or MSSQL
• Solid understanding of async, concurrency, and distributed systems
• Experience with microservices and message-driven architectures
• English B1+ (working language is English in writing; team speaks Russian)
• iGaming / RGS / regulated-industry experience — strong plus, not a requirement
