Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our SaaS platform using .NET and Microsoft Azure
• Design and improve cloud architecture, scalability, and reliability
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Bicep
• Build integrations with Azure IoT Hub, connected locker solutions, APIs, SSO, SCIM, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Ensure platform security, performance, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with product, development, and customer teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with .NET and Microsoft Azure
• Experience building and supporting SaaS platforms
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, Azure DevOps, SQL, and Entra ID
• Experience in a Tech Lead or Senior technical leadership role, including task planning, technical guidance, and driving architectural decisions
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep preferred)
• Experience with API integrations and cloud-native architectures
• Understanding of security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

As a Plus

• Experience with Azure IoT Hub and IoT solutions
• Experience with smart lockers or connected devices
• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIS2, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks

Вакансія передбачає забезпечення підтримки розвитку, стабільності, безпеки та ефективного функціонування хмарної платформи організації на базі Google Cloud Platform

Це включає в себе, зокрема, адміністрування компонентів платформи, кваліфіковану оцінку архітектури, що пропонується командами з проєктування ІТ рішень для розгортання на платформі, самостійне здійснення розгортань та налаштувань за необхідності, здійснення моніторингу та участь в проєктах розвитку хмарної платформи.

Кандидат повинен мати знання та досвід застосування, проектування, побудови, налаштуваннія підтримки та оптимізації використання хмарних сервісів на базі Google Cloud Platform для забезпечення потреб організації.

Обов’язки

• загальне адміністрування GCP як хмарної платформи організації та її розвиток
• консультування внутрішніх замовників з питань можливостей сервісів GCP для реалізації бізнес потреб
• управління багаторівневої організаційної структури: Organization — Folders — Projects, налаштування доступів
• управління централізованими політиками доступу: IAM, Organization Policies)
• моніторинг, діагностика та усунення проблем в роботі систем/сервісів
• підтримка процесів міграції ІТ систем та сервісів в хмару, допомога розробникам в якості технологічного консультанта
• забезпечення налаштувань безпеки у відповідності з кращими практиками безпеки в хмарній інфраструктурі та державними/відомчими нормативними вимогами
• робота з політиками безпеки, аудиту, логування
• операційне супроводження IaaS/PaaS/SaaS сервісів GCP
• інтеграція з Entra ID: SSO, Identity Federation
• розробка та впровадження стратегій резервного копіювання та відновлення даних та інфраструктури
• забезпечення ІТ підтримки 2/3 лінії у випадку виникнення проблем з функціонуванням ІТ систем та сервісів на платформі
• участь у розборі проблем разом із архітекторами та ІТ командами.
• впровадження нових сервісів в GCP для бізнес потреб організації
• документування архітектурних рішень та підтримка документації в актуальному стані

Необхідні навички, досвід і кваліфікації

• практичний досвід роботи з Google Cloud Platform від 2 років
• сертифікації: Associate Cloud Engineer — бажано
• розуміння принципів побудови хмарної інфраструктури.
• досвід адміністрування IaaS, PaaS та SaaS компонентів GCP
• знання та досвід використання інструментарію автоматизованого розгортання
• досвід роботи з Docker
• базові знання Kubernetes (GKE буде перевагою)
• розуміння та застосування налаштувань безпеки в хмарі
• знання і застосування принципів Zero Trust та least privilege
• вміння брати відповідальність та забезпечувати результат
• вміння працювати як в команді, так і самостійно
• здатність до самоорганізації

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our professional services team, focusing on project implementation, onboarding large and complex clients, and managing cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. This role is highly technical and offers excellent career development opportunities. As part of the team, you will work closely with the Professional Services Manager and other team members to deliver robust cloud solutions while contributing to the architecture, design, and maintenance of client environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
• Optimize performance and manage costs in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
• Support onboarding of large and complex clients by implementing tailored cloud solutions.
• Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with client needs.
• Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate cloud solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for service-related issues requiring advanced cloud expertise.
• Maintain and strengthen partner relationships with Microsoft, Amazon and other vendors.
• Support the sales team during pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise.
• Help productize solutions to expand the organization's service catalog.
• Conduct research and development to evaluate new technologies and implement best practices.
• Document implementations, processes, and solutions for internal and client use.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of network and connectivity solutions, including VPNs and hybrid network configurations.
• Proven ability to design, scope, and execute technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for individual and team outcomes.
• Active certifications in Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable and will be discussed during the interview process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of high-level infrastructure design and architecture.
• Experience with finance or alternative investment industries.
• Experience with advanced Azure and AWS service deployment using automation.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation.
• Previous experience with Managed Services Providers (MSPs).
