Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and media-driven Trainee QC Specialist who will analyze content critically and identify technical issues quickly and accurately.

This role is about quality control and bug detection in media content. You will be responsible for checking video streams, audio, subtitles, metadata, and reporting issues in a structured QA manner.
 

You should be:

• Passionate about movies, TV series, streaming platforms, or media content
• Highly attentive to details and able to notice even minor issues
• Interested in QA/QC processes and bug investigation
• Comfortable working with technical topics and learning quickly
• Confident in English communication (Intermediate level or higher)
• Able to work and collaborate with different teams
• Ready to work from the office in Lviv (mandatory)
   

Basic knowledge we expect:

• Basic understanding of bug reporting and bug life cycle
• Familiarity with test documentation and different testing types
• Basic networking knowledge: VPN, router, internet connection basics
• Understanding of what is considered a bug vs expected behavior/feature
   

Job Responsibilities

• Watch movies, TV series, and live channels using specific testing approaches
• Search for and identify technical/content issues in:
  • video quality
  • audio quality
  • subtitles
  • metadata
• Create clear bug reports and document found issues
• Triage automated issue reports
• Communicate with internal teams regarding detected problems
• Validate and verify content quality before release

Why this role exists:

This role exists to manage and optimize game-related content and promotional activities within the online casino platform. It ensures accurate game setup, effective promotion execution, and alignment with client preferences and regulatory standards. The role also facilitates communication between game providers and clients to support a dynamic gaming experience.

What you’ll drive:

Game content and configuration management

• Manage game additions in line with strategic goals.
• Oversee visual updates to enhance user engagement.
• Customize game settings based on client preferences.

Promotions and provider coordination

• Enroll in network tournaments and secure exclusive tournaments.
• Coordinate participation in network and exclusive jackpots.
• Handle enrollment in provider promotions and negotiate exclusive deals.

Client and provider communication

• Communicate promotional opportunities to clients and foster provider-client relationships.
• Register agreed-upon promotions and address client requests for additional content.
• Maintain a comprehensive game release calendar for clients.
