What you’ll do:
— Build and evolve a unified marketing technology platform — not just a collection of tools, but a cohesive system that directly drives business performance;

— Take full ownership of 5+ existing services (Hokuto, UA automation, Creo Factory, Revealbot, Creo-translate): evaluate their current state, identify architectural bottlenecks, and systematically improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability;

— Develop and maintain production-grade integrations with Meta / TikTok / Google — ensuring robust error handling, rate limiting, retries, and clear monitoring so the system operates reliably without silent failures;

— Redesign the tracking architecture by shifting from client-side to server-side (CAPI pattern for Facebook and similar platforms), implement proper test coverage, and build tools that allow Growth Managers to independently configure tracking for their funnels;

— Eliminate manual operational workflows (e.g., in Airtable) and enable marketing teams (UA managers, designers, growth managers) to operate independently without engineering support for routine tasks;

— Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions before they become bottlenecks - shaping the long-term vision of the domain and driving technical and product priorities.

This role is for you if...

Must-have

— 3+ years of commercial backend development experience;

— Node.js / TypeScript as the main stack;

— Strong experience building reliable API integrations — including error handling, rate limiting, retries, and webhooks;

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in tech-driven environments.
• Proven experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Solid experience with AWS (required) and Digital Ocean (strongly preferred). Experience with GCP and Azure is a plus.
• Hands-on Linux system administration including bare metal and dedicated servers.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Experience with containerization (Docker required). Kubernetes experience is a plus, but comfort with non-containerized workloads is equally important.
• Experience deploying and managing traditional web applications (LAMP, WordPress, PHP) alongside modern stacks.
• Ability to take ownership of unfamiliar applications and create maintenance and update plans — the role includes responsibility for data pipeline and workflow tools such as AirFlow and Snowflake.
• High-level English — both written and spoken.
• Strong sense of ownership — able to independently manage all aspects of DevOps.
• Ability to communicate technical investments in business terms to non-technical leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, and a proven record of managing successful affiliate campaigns.

We would like to grow our Affiliate manager to the Team leader position. 
 

What you’ll be working on:

• Find and engage new partnerships, maintain long-term mutual cooperation on a win-win basis;
• Support and retention of existing partners to maximise LTV;
• Adjusting tracking and full-cycle setup of the offers/campaigns;
• Daily monitoring and performance optimization of dedicated pool of affiliates: checking stats, confirming bumps or decreases in rates, scaling of profitable campaigns, adding and testing new sources;
• Control on traffic quality and partner’s payouts approval;
• Raising network brand awareness via industry forums/chats activity & participation in conferences (both local and international);
• Regular competitors and trends analysis in terms of new creative approaches, offer monetization models, emerging traffic types, marketing angles and innovative ways of communication with partners.

About you:

• Experience of working in iGaming/betting vertical for more than 2 years;
• Experience with known tracking solutions: hasoffers/affise/cake/in-house or another;
• Practical knowledge of how to set up postbacks for correct stats transfer;
• Understanding of basic affiliate metrics, unit economics and models of cooperation: CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI;
• Global understanding of online advertising markets: traffic sources, verticals, monetization models;
• Analytical skills and ability to find growing points;
• Experience in creating technical tasks for designers/developers: landing pages, functional tuning, etc.;
• Participation in events/conferences;
• English language level - B2.
