RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security
• Design, build, and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes for deploying and orchestrating microservices
• Collaborate with software development teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline and implement automated build, test, and deployment processes

  REQUIREMENTS

Project Description:

Join the team modernizing the software delivery process for the Body Controls Organization, focusing on Body Control Module (BCM) and Battery Access Module (BAM) Electronic Control Units (ECUs) within the Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) architecture. We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our affiliate partnerships across the US and other English-speaking markets (UK, IE, CA, AU, NZ).

You’ll own performance, profitability, and partner portfolio growth — working closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates (publishers, media buyers, networks, loyalty, cashback, influencers)
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and optimize performance
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial models
• Monitor and scale high-performing partners based on ROI and LTV
• Analyze installs, revenue, CPA, ROI, and subscription metrics (PAM/LTV)
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and growth projections
• Test new traffic sources and partnership models
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Partner with Finance on validation, invoicing, and payments

• Improve affiliate processes, tools, and best practices

   

What You Bring

• 3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Proven experience scaling affiliate programs with strong ROI
• Strong understanding of CPA economics, LTV, attribution, and unit economics
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Impact, CJ, Rakuten and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Strong analytical skills and confidence owning forecasts
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience in mobile apps and subscription-based products

Nice to have: Experience with influencer-led affiliate programs.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Work as part of an agile development team to design, estimate, develop, test and deliver commercial software products.
• Drive UI architecture, design and develop rich UI web applications and reusable UI components.
• Ensure best practices, design guidelines for UI development
