Основні обов’язки

• контроль наскрізних процесів Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory-to-Accounting і Record-to-Report;
• перевірка правильності переходу операційних документів у бухгалтерські проведення;
• контроль AR/AP, запасів, WIP, COGS, податків, курсових різниць, авансів і закриття періоду;
• функціональна підтримка бухгалтерів та інших користувачів SAP B1;
• аналіз причин помилок у документах, master data і налаштуваннях;
• участь у створенні та зміні довідників контрагентів, товарів, рахунків, проєктів і центрів витрат;
• перевірка міграції даних і звірка залишків;
• підготовка робочих інструкцій і навчання користувачів;
• формалізація вимог до звітів, контролів і змін SAP B1;
• взаємодія з інтегратором, ІТ, складом, закупівлями, продажами та виробництвом;
• участь у закритті місяця та розслідуванні розбіжностей;
• контроль якості бухгалтерських master data.

Вимоги

• вища освіта у сфері бухгалтерського обліку, фінансів, економіки комп’ютерних наук, прикладної математики або за іншою суміжною спеціальністю;
• досвід роботи бухгалтером або старшим бухгалтером від 3 років;
• практичне знання бухгалтерського та податкового обліку України;
• досвід роботи в SAP Business One від 2 років;
• розуміння інтеграції закупівель, продажів, запасів, виробництва та фінансів;
• досвід закриття місяця, звірки GL, AR, AP і запасів;
• упевнене володіння Excel; бажано Power Query;
• уміння складати інструкції та функціональні вимоги;
• базове розуміння SQL буде перевагою;
• володіння англійською мовою на рівні не нижче В1.

Необхідний рівень SAP B1 передбачає розуміння:

• архітектури (Master Data → операційні документи → Inventory Ledger → General Ledger → звітність);
• Warehouse, Branch, Project і Cost Center;
• BOM, Production Order, WIP і COGS на рівні їх фінансового впливу;
• різниці між помилкою користувача, master data, конфігурації та інтеграції;
• архітектури Add-on та локалізацій SAP.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help Stormotion turn conversations into long-term client relationships and take ownership of our sales process.

Ukraine or EU-based remote role.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, lead generation specialists, and CTO. Initially, you’ll join client calls with our CEO. Over time, you’ll take ownership of opportunities and conduct more conversations independently.

Stormotion develops Mobile & Web products in IoT, EV & Mobility, Fitness, and HealthTech.

Your role will be:

- Taking ownership of potential clients from the first meaningful reply;
- Qualifying opportunities and conducting client calls independently;
- Preparing personalised follow-ups and nurturing active and long-term opportunities;
- Owning proposals and coordinating experts, estimations, NDAs, and technical calls;
- Keeping the CRM accurate, with clear next steps for every opportunity;
- Re-engaging old leads and finding prospects through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and events;
- Supporting outbound campaigns and gradually taking ownership of sales sequences;
- Helping develop existing accounts and, over time, coordinate our lead generation team;
- Attending EU conferences and client meetings several times per year.

To join the team you need:

- Hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or account development;

We are looking for a powerhouse Lead Payments Manager to drive our payment expansion strategy and scale our footprint in the global iGaming market. You aren't just a high-level strategist; you are a "hands-on" executioner who deeply understands the inner plumbing of the payments industry. You will take full ownership of our payment partner ecosystem—from scouting top-tier acquirers and local payment methods (LPMs) to navigating high-risk KYC/Compliance, negotiating commercial terms, and executing seamless Go-Lives.

• Industry Fluency: Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including high-risk licensing (MGA, Curaçao, Anj registers, etc.) and regional regulatory frameworks;
• Payment Expertise: Strong knowledge of card processing, Alternative Payment Methods (e.g., Pix, UPI, Open Banking, Crypto), and the end-to-end technical flow of a transaction;
• Hands-on Execution: Proven track record of "working with your hands"—you have personally sourced payment providers/acquirers, negotiated commercial terms/rates, and overseen integration pipelines;
• Compliance Savvy: Hands-on experience with high-risk payment partner onboarding, risk requirements, and AML/KYC standards;
• Partner Network: An existing network ("Rolodex") of contacts within acquirers, PSPs, EMI institutions, and local payment gateways globally (especially in emerging markets);
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages relevant to emerging markets are a plus. Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.
