• Strong understanding of the full game development cycle — from concept to live-ops.
• Skilled at working with product and marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions.
• Solid understanding of business aspects of game development, including budgeting, publishing agreements, licensing, and compliance with legal frameworks.
• Strategic planning, budget & deadline management, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to organize, inspire, and lead teams while managing priorities and mitigating risks.
• Experience with user acquisition, monetization, pitching, and investor relations.
• Passionate gamer across console, PC, and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision from concept to release and live operations.
• Set clear goals and priorities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with art, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Research market trends and competitors to keep the product ahead.
• Gather, analyze, and act on product and marketing metrics.
• Define, present, and defend product strategy to stakeholders.
• Hire, mentor, and inspire team members.
• Oversees production schedule, budget allocation, and risk analysis to ensure quality delivery.

Nice to Have

• Proficient with project and collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, Trello, Confluence, Notion, Miro etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance creativity, technical constraints, and commercial goals.
• Educational background in management, game design, economics, or marketing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience adapting processes to suit team needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience representing projects to publishers, investors, and partners.
