The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Lead – Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the architecture, quality, and evolution of our frontend systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will guide frontend development standards, mentor engineers, collaborate closely with Product and UX teams, and deliver high-performance, scalable, and elegant user interfaces that power complex financial workflows.

This role operates in an AI-augmented development environment, where engineers leverage modern AI code agents (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase engineering productivity.

What You Will Do

Technical Leadership

-Lead frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices

N-iX is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java+React/Angular) to join our team.

This role is roughly 70% hands-on coding and 30% technical leadership - you will own architectural decisions, drive technical direction, and unblock the team while still shipping code daily. The team actively uses AI coding agents as part of daily development workflows to move faster and deliver higher-quality code — you will be expected to champion and advance this practice across the team. Who We’re Looking For

This is a Senior-level (6–7+ years) AI Engineer role.

We’re looking for someone who is highly experienced in building AI/ML systems - not just experimenting with the latest APIs, but shipping real production systems.

You are a software-first AI engineer:

• You understand architectures, reliability, observability, SLAs, and production constraints - not just prompts.

Mandatory background:

• Strong AI/ML expertise + solid software engineering fundamentals
• Experience that predates the LLM boom, showing a foundational understanding of ML/Software Engineering beyond prompt engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, configure, upgrade, and fully support global IT infrastructure, covering both traditional on-premise (servers, storage, networking hardware, firewalls) and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, SaaS platforms).
