Your territory

Own the Agency advertising efforts for our clients across Europe, the US, Canada, and our international markets

We are building out our internal performance marketing capabilities to accelerate lead generation across our portfolio companies. Rather than outsourcing growth entirely to agencies, we want world-class paid media expertise in-house that can develop, test, and scale customer acquisition strategies across multiple businesses and markets.

Our home services portfolio and marketing efforts span verticals such as pest control, roofing, replacement windows, and exterior home improvement.

We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Performance Marketer who can help us significantly expand these lead generation efforts.

The Role

This isn't simply a media buying position.

We're looking for someone who can own the entire Meta advertising process:

Research → Angle → Creative → Launch → Test → Analyze → Optimize → Scale

You'll work across PCM portfolio companies to identify new customer acquisition opportunities, develop advertising concepts, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve results.

Because you'll have exposure to multiple businesses, markets, offers, and customer types, there will be significant opportunity to take successful strategies from one campaign or portfolio company and apply those learnings elsewhere.

What You'll Do

• Develop new advertising angles, hooks, offers, and messaging concepts for our portfolio companies
• Research customers, competitors, markets, and existing performance data to identify new opportunities
• Develop creative briefs and ad copy for new campaigns
• Work with our creative resources to turn concepts into high-performing Meta ads
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Create structured testing strategies for creative, messaging, offers, audiences, landing pages, and lead forms
• Manage campaigns across multiple geographic markets and portfolio companies
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, CPA, lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining acceptable acquisition economics
• Identify creative fatigue and maintain a consistent pipeline of new concepts and tests
• Analyze performance by creative, angle, campaign, geography, audience, placement, and offer
• Work with our internal teams to understand what happens after the lead is generated, including contact rates, appointment rates, sales rates, and lead quality
• Provide clear analysis of what's working, what's not working, why, and what we should test next

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a true direct-response performance marketer, not someone whose experience is limited to setting up campaigns in Ads Manager.

The ideal candidate:

• Has significant hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Has successfully managed lead generation and direct-response campaigns
• Understands that creative and advertising angles are often the biggest drivers of performance
• Can independently generate and test new campaign ideas
• Is highly analytical and comfortable digging into performance data
• Understands Meta campaign structure, bidding, attribution, tracking, and optimization

CRM & Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM & Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of our CRM environment and support the efficiency of our sales operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, accounts, leads, and opportunities, and understands how a well-structured CRM should support the day-to-day work of a sales team.

Experience with Copper CRM is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our Copper CRM environment and ensure it is properly structured and up to date
• Manage sales pipelines, accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities within the CRM
• Monitor pipeline activity and ensure opportunities are consistently updated and moved through the correct stages
• Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Identify and clean up duplicate, outdated, or incomplete CRM records
• Create and optimize sales pipelines, stages, fields, tags, workflows, and other CRM structures
• Ensure sales representatives follow established CRM processes and maintain accurate records of their activities
• Monitor CRM usage and follow up on missing or incomplete information
• Support the sales team with CRM-related questions and day-to-day system issues
• Prepare reports and provide visibility into pipeline activity, sales progress, and CRM data
• Help improve and standardize sales processes within the CRM
• Identify opportunities for CRM automation and process optimization

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
