Responsibilities

• Search, recruit and onboard new affiliates for casino products
  Manage and grow the existing partner base, building long-term relationships
• Negotiate cooperation terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and custom deals
• Launch and scale traffic across different GEOs and sources
• Monitor traffic quality, handle anti-fraud and ensure compliance with brand and offer rules
• Analyze partner performance
• Optimize terms and approaches to grow both volume and traffic quality
• Work with tracking systems and reporting, monitor key metrics on a regular basis
• Prepare and update promo materials for partners together with design and product teams
• Participate in planning launches of new brands, offers and GEO expansions
• Constantly look for new growth and scaling opportunities
• Collect feedback from affiliates and pass insights to product and marketing teams

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in .NET Core and Angular to help stabilize, modernize, and scale a multi-phase digital platform.

This role involves both improving existing systems and delivering new functionality within a structured roadmap.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core
• Build and enhance frontend applications using Angular
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable APIs and business logic
• Audit and improve existing codebases for performance, stability, and security
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities
• Handle player tickets: chat, email, WhatsApp.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, KYC issues, and bonuses.
• Escalate cases to Risk, VIP, Payments when needed.
• Follow SLA, maintain high CSAT/NPS.
• Work in shift-based 24/7 schedule.
• Use Zendesk / Intercom / Freshdesk to manage workloads.

Requirements
• Experience: 6–12 months (less is acceptable with strong language skills).
• Spanish - B1 
• English - B2 
• Customer-oriented mindset, calm under pressure.
• Basic understanding of casino terms and processes (training provided).
