The Role:

We are hiring a Founding AI Platform Engineer to own the systems that make the company's ML and GenAI products reliable, deployable, observable, and scalable. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, infrastructure, MLOps, and product delivery. You will build the production layer around training, evaluation, deployment, serving, CI/CD, experimentation, and monitoring. In a team of the company size, this role spans backend services, infrastructure, tooling, and reliability work. Your job is to make sure promising ML and GenAI capabilities become stable, customer-ready systems.

What You’ll Own:

• Build and maintain the infrastructure and tooling used to train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor ML models and GenAI services;
• Own production services, APIs, and pipelines that power recommendations, agent workflows, and customer-facing integrations;
• Improve CI/CD, testing, release workflows, rollback processes, and environment management;
• Establish observability across service health, model behaviour, agent quality, latency, cost, and failure modes;
• Build reproducibility and lifecycle practices for models, prompts, datasets, configurations, and releases;
• Support experimentation and measurement infrastructure so product and ML changes can be evaluated cleanly;
• Improve reliability, scalability, security, performance, and cost efficiency across the stack;
• Troubleshoot production issues end-to-end and turn recurring pain points into durable engineering improvements;
• Help define the platform and engineering standards the company will rely on as it grows.

We are looking for a highly reliable and hands-on accounting specialist / financial accountant / tax clerk with strong experience in German bookkeeping and accounting rules.

The person will support us as a freelance accounting specialist and will be responsible for the ongoing bookkeeping of two German businesses: one sole proprietorship and one limited liability company. The role includes financial accounting, payroll accounting, preparation of monthly accruals and provisions, asset accounting, VAT topics, pre-tax deduction, year-end closing preparation and coordination with the tax advisor.

A strong understanding of German accounting is required, especially HGB, SKR04, German invoices, incoming and outgoing invoices, payroll postings, company car benefits, non-cash benefits, occupational pension schemes, accruals, provisions, equity bookings and the differences between sole proprietorships and corporations.

The candidate must be able to read and understand German documents, invoices and accounting records. Spoken German is not mandatory, but the ability to read and interpret German invoices, contracts, payroll documents and tax-related communication is essential.

Strong IT skills are very important. The person must be comfortable working with browser-based cloud software, digital document processing, accounting systems and data exchange with tax advisors. Experience with DATEV is a plus, but the role is not limited to DATEV. What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of slot mechanics, including paylines, cascades, clusters, free spins, bonus features, RTP, volatility, and player engagement.
• Experience creating Game Design Documents and gameplay specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for creating entertaining and commercially successful games.

We are a manufacturing company with our own production facility in Mexico, producing casual footwear similar to Crocs.

As we expand into the US market through Amazon, we are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Logistics Manager who can build and manage the entire supply chain from our factory in Mexico to Amazon fulfillment centers across the United States.

We are looking for someone with recent, hands-on experience in Amazon FBA logistics who understands Amazon's fulfillment network, marketplace requirements, and knows how to optimize import operations, warehousing, and transportation.

Responsibilities

1. Build and optimize the end-to-end supply chain from Mexico to Amazon FBA warehouses in the US.

2. Manage international import and export operations.

Plan and coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.

3. Select the most cost-effective Amazon fulfillment centers for inventory placement.

4. Analyze storage, transportation, and inventory allocation costs across Amazon's warehouse network.

5. Work with international carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

6. Source reliable transportation providers and negotiate competitive shipping rates.

7. Monitor and coordinate deliveries to Amazon fulfillment centers.

8. Optimize logistics and transportation costs.

9. Manage international shipping documentation and customs-related paperwork.

10. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of Amazon warehouses.

11. Collaborate with the manufacturing, sales, and Amazon operations teams.

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience managing logistics for Amazon FBA.

2. Current or recent experience working for Amazon or, preferably, for a company actively selling products through Amazon.

3. Proven experience building and managing international supply chains to the US.

4. Experience importing goods into the US.

5. Strong understanding of Amazon's fulfillment center network and inbound logistics processes.

6. Experience selecting the most efficient fulfillment centers based on storage, transportation, and operational costs.

7. Experience working with international carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

8. Strong understanding of shipping rates, transportation costs, and logistics optimization.

9. Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.

10. English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
