    What you will be doing:

    • take full ownership of building and developing a strong, distinctive programmatic advertising brand;
    • track and optimize KPIs, refining sales strategies to improve performance and outcomes;
    • proactively source and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, industry forums,
      and relevant platforms;
    • represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking 
      opportunities to enhance visibility and generate qualified leads;
    • ensure clear visibility and management of the sales pipeline via CRM systems and reporting tools;
    • conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and fine-tune brand positioning.


    Your background:

    • english proficiency at B2+ level or higher;
    • 2+ years of experience in Programmatic Sales, ideally within an ad exchange or ad network;
    • proven track record of working with leading SSPs and DSPs such as PubMatic, RTB House, OpenX, FreeWheel, Vungle, and others;
    • strong background in collaborating with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels;
    • readiness to represent the company at global Programmatic and AdTech events to strengthen market presence and foster strategic partnerships.

You’ll take the lead on our social media presence and community development for several crypto iGaming projects — crafting content and mechanics that truly engage and resonate with Web3 audiences.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and execute content calendars (posts, stories, threads, memes, visual formats).
    • Manage social media channels: X (Twitter), Telegram, Instagram, Facebook — with a strong focus on X and Telegram.
    • Actively moderate and grow our Discord community.
    • Build and retain community engagement: organize AMAs, contests, UGC initiatives, and interactive discussions.
    • Launch social mechanics: giveaways, polls, challenges, “social experiments.”

    • Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to produce compelling visual and written content.

    Requirements
    Must-Have:

    • Proven experience in iGaming or crypto casino projects.
    • 2+ years in SMM or Community Management (agency, brand or side projects).
    • Strong written English (C1+).
    • Deep knowledge of Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Discord.
    • Skills in building and maintaining engaged online communities.
    • Understanding of crypto culture, Web3 communication, memes, and influencer trends.
       

    Nice-to-Have:
