    About the position:

    You will be part of the BI team, which is organized together with Financial Partnering & Planning (FPP) and anchored with the CFO. While FPP is situated in Denmark, you will be a part of the BI team based in Ukraine.
     

    BI supports departments across the entire 3Shape value chain, from R&D to sales and customer support. This is done using many different data sources, both classic sources such as ERP/CRM systems as well as large amounts of data from all our products. We see an increasing demand for reports on these numbers and wish to strengthen the team further.
     

    The team is a mix of business analysts and developers working closely together in solving the most urgent business needs, working in project groups together with the business.

     

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Design and develop interactive reports in Power BI.
    • Build and optimize semantic models for performance and scalability
    • Write DAX expressions to implement complex business logic and improve performance
    • Integrate data from multiple sources, including Azure Databricks, D365 CRM, and other cloud/on-prem systems
    • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines, timely model refreshes, data accuracy and consistency
    • Collaborate with data analysts to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions
    • Document data models, logic, and report functionality to support maintainability
    • Provide support and guidance on reporting projects across 3Shape
    • Optimize, maintain and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure high performance and reliability
    • Ensure operational excellence through high uptime and fast time-to-market

       

    Your qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of BI development experience in Power BI
    • Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
    • Understanding data modeling best practices and performance tuning
    • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and integrating multiple data sources
    • Experience with Power BI Service administration, including workspace management, security roles etc
    • Ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and maintain close collaboration throughout the development process
    • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
    • Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum/Kanban is a plus

    Your impact:

    • Establish and manage audience and placement analytics, including target lists, using advanced tools and exclusive access to Google and Meta’s internal analytics systems

    We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and visualization to join our team. In this role, the Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to enhance reporting accuracy, optimize data processes, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
