What you get

Full revenue mandate. All products, all channels, including sales. You decide what to scale, what to shut down, who to hire, and who to let go within marketing.

Ready-made assets, not a blank slate:

• Content farm of 500 accounts (operating cost ~$14,500/month) — generates reach, but the link to paying customers hasn't been measured
• UGC network with a Telegram bot and CRM — 46% utilization, unit economics need fixing
• Team of 13 people across three units (Content Engine, Marketing & Sales, UGC Network)
• Paid acquisition budget of $50K/month from day one, expanding to $150K once LTV/CAC ≥ 3 — no approvals needed

No restrictions on methods. Multi-accounting, arbitrage, affiliates, aggressive funnels — all fair game if it brings paying customers and doesn't create legal risk.

Uncapped revenue share: 6% of recurring revenue from the customer base you bring in (8% at LTV/CAC ≥ 4). No ceiling. At $250K MRR, your variable comp is $20K/month on top of base.

Equity option: 1–2% in the holding company (across the whole product portfolio, not a single project).

Career path: CMO → CRO within 12–18 months. The role is designed as a track toward running the studio's entire revenue engine.

What's expected of you

First 90 days (by December 31, 2026)

• Build end-to-end analytics: click → signup → trial → payment, across all products. Currently none exists.
• Launch a paid channel and hit a repeatable CAC below the $138 ceiling within 3 weeks, at ≥100 paying customers/month
• Calculate the real CPA of the content farm and decide: scale it or shut it down
• Make personnel decisions on all 13 team members. We don't expect you to keep the current team as-is.

By month 6 (by March 31, 2027)

• $60K MRR minimum, $100K MRR target
• LTV/CAC ≥ 3 across the portfolio
• ≥40% of paying customers from owned channels (not paid ads)

• At least 2 channels scaled

   

Compensation
Base: $7,000 → $8,500 (after 90 days) → $10,000 (at $150K studio MRR)

Variable: 6% of recurring revenue from clients you acquire, paid monthly for as long as they pay. 8% at LTV/CAC ≥ 4. Contract deals: 3%. No cap.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Financial Platform Architect to lead the architecture of FCE’s own financial core, including accounting, settlement flows, reconciliation, and integrations with banks, custodians, and liquidity providers.

You will work closely with the CTO and a small, strong engineering team, with a high level of autonomy and direct influence on key architectural decisions.
 

Priority will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the architecture of the financial core, including account model, double-entry ledger, settlement flows, and reconciliation.
• Develop the core as the system of record and systematically reduce remaining vendor dependencies.
• Design guarantees for the correctness of money movements: idempotency, transaction boundaries, and compensation for long-running processes.
• Design the model for segregation of client and proprietary funds and demonstrate that liabilities are covered by assets.
• Architect integrations with banks, custodians, and liquidity providers, including unified vendor contracts, limits, and concentration controls.
• Maintain a registry of permitted asset — counterparty — rail — jurisdiction combinations and rules for introducing new ones.
• Design market conduct controls and regulatory reporting together with Compliance.
• Maintain architectural decisions and technical documentation suitable for external audits and regulators.
• Conduct architecture reviews for changes affecting the movement of funds.
   

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Mandatory production experience in fintech, including payments, settlement, custody, banking, or brokerage backends. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• Practical experience designing and operating a double-entry ledger, including chart of accounts, journal, reservations, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of settlement mechanics, including payment finality, intraday and daily limits, prefunding, netting, suspense accounts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Practical experience with idempotency, distributed sagas, and compensating transactions, beyond terminology.
• Experience with external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with systems where financial errors have direct financial and regulatory consequences.
• Ability to write architecture documents that are clear not only to engineers.
• Hands-on coding experience. Daily production development is not required, but validating own architectural decisions in code, building internal tools, and working with AI agents are part of the role. TypeScript/Node is the primary stack; comparable backend experience is acceptable with willingness to work in our stack.
• Experience with AI development tools and understanding of the limitations of AI-generated code.
• Russian — fluent: project discussions, reviews, and team communication are conducted in russian.
• English — C1: required for documentation, external auditors, and vendors.

• Experience deploying and operating production AI services in cloud environments, with a proven track record designing scalable, event-driven architectures using messaging (SQS/SNS) and SQL/NoSQL databases. AWS experience is preferred.

• Experience taking AI applications from development to production and collaborating with platform engineering teams on deployment and operation using Kubernetes and Terraform.

JOB OVERVIEW

FCE is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal and regulatory support across the firm's virtual asset activities, corporate matters and UAE regulatory obligations.

This role will own day-to-day legal matters, including regulatory advisory and perimeter analysis, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory submissions and correspondence, policy and governance documentation, and assessment of legal and regulatory risk across the firm's activities.

The Legal Counsel will work closely with senior management, the Board and cross-functional teams to ensure the firm's operations, agreements and business initiatives are structured in accordance with applicable UAE and Dubai legal and regulatory requirements.
 

The role will also support the company in monitoring developments within the virtual asset regulatory landscape, including the VARA Rulebooks and the CBUAE Payment Token Services Regulation, and in developing and maintaining effective legal processes, templates and documentation.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day legal support across the company's virtual asset and financial services activities.
• Advise on the application of the VARA Rulebooks to new products, services, asset listings and client types, including perimeter analysis on activities that may fall outside the current licence.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and update agreements, contracts, legal templates, policies, and other legal documentation.
• Develop and maintain standardized legal templates for recurring business activities.
• Review contracts and agreements, identify potential legal and regulatory risks, and provide clear recommendations.
• Support negotiations with clients, partners, vendors, service providers, and other counterparties.
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in UAE and Dubai legislation and regulatory requirements, including VARA, CBUAE and federal AML/CFT developments relevant to the company's activities.
• Assess legal risks associated with new products, services, partnerships, and business initiatives.
• Support corporate matters, including preparation and review of corporate documentation.
• Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product, and Business Development teams on legal matters.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and local counsel when required.
• Maintain and organize the company’s legal documentation, contracts, and templates.
• Prepare and manage regulatory submissions, notifications, licence variations and no-objection requests, and support the firm's ongoing supervisory relationship with VARA.
• Draft, review and maintain the firm's suite of regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current Rulebook versions and effective version control.
• Support Board and committee governance, including preparation of papers, terms of reference, and appointment and change-of-control documentation.
• Work closely with the stakeholders, specifically the Compliance team on matters with a legal dimension.
   

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Qualified lawyer in a recognised common law jurisdiction (England & Wales, or equivalent).
• Approximately 3+ years' post-qualification experience, with meaningful time spent in-house or in a regulatory advisory capacity.
• Demonstrable experience in the virtual asset or digital asset sector, including familiarity with trading, custody and settlement mechanics.
• Current or recent experience within a UAE-regulated financial services or fintech business supervised by VARA, FSRA or DFSA.
• Strong understanding of the UAE legal and regulatory environment.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and commercial agreements.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently identify legal and regulatory risks and provide practical, business-oriented recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. (The team’s working languages are English and Russian. Knowledge of Arabic would be a strong plus.)
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and international environment.

• Prior experience supporting a licence application, licence variation or change-of-control submission with a UAE regulator.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Teramind Endpoint Agent end to end. 
You will be the single accountable product leader for the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes of the Agent organization - approximately half of Teramind engineering, working across operating systems, low-level platform components, and the server-side telemetry pipeline.

This is a pivotal role. The Agent is one of the strongest competitive moats Teramind has, and the next chapter of the product strategy depends on what we build into it. You are coming in to bring product rigor, customer insight, prioritization discipline, and technical judgment to a team that is capable of shipping world-class endpoint technology.

You will sit alongside other product managers, reporting to the VP of Product. Together, you own Teramind's product surface area.
 

What You Will Own

The Agent roadmap across all platforms. Windows, macOS, Linux, and the expansion into more platforms. You decide what ships, in what order, and why. You balance customer-driven feature work, platform modernization, performance, and security hardening on a single prioritized backlog.

Translating business vision into engineering reality. Synthesize signals from many directions - executive strategy, sister product teams, sales and customer success, customer interviews, competitor moves, analyst input, and direct conversations with the engineering org - and turn them into a coherent technical roadmap the Agent team can execute against. You are the interpreter between "we need to detect AI tool exfiltration" and "here is how we instrument the endpoint to see it."

Building for the enterprise: bulletproof and undetectable. We have a strong and growing enterprise footprint, and these customers expect the Agent to be invisible to end users, resilient against tampering, and reliable under conditions that break weaker products. You will own the roadmap that makes our agent the most trusted and most resilient in the category - tamper-proof, undetectable in stealth deployments, and engineered to survive in hostile environments.

Performance, footprint, and reliability. Every CPU cycle, every megabyte of memory, every battery percent point, and every megabyte of network we consume is felt by the end user and argued about by the customer's IT team. You will set and defend the performance bar - and push the team to raise it.

Define, measure, and meet product KPIs. You will establish the metrics that matter for an endpoint agent - adoption, version rollout velocity, deployment success rate, agent stability and crash rates, performance benchmarks, detection coverage, time-to-patch on OS changes - and you will hold yourself, the team, and the company accountable to them.

Industry and ecosystem relationships. You will build and maintain relationships with Microsoft, Apple, the Linux ecosystem, MDM vendors (Jamf, Intune, and others), major AV/EDR vendors, and the research community. You will represent Teramind credibly in technical conversations where the agent's architecture is the subject.
 

Who You Are

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 of those owning a technical platform, SDK, agent, or systems-level product. Senior IC role - you are expected to operate with autonomy and influence without needing headcount.
• Technical depth is non-negotiable. You do not need to read or write C++, but you should be able to reason about Windows architecture, understand macOS system extensions and the trade-offs of Endpoint Security vs Network Extension frameworks, and have informed opinions about agent architecture. You can sit in a design review and push back credibly.
• Endpoint or systems background. You have shipped products in at least one of these categories: endpoint security (EDR, EPP, XDR), endpoint agents for monitoring or management, OS-level tools, developer tools, systems software, or infrastructure products. Experience with products like CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, JumpCloud, or similar is directly relevant. Pure SaaS/application PMs without systems exposure will struggle in this role.
• You think in outcomes, not features. You define success as "95% of customers roll out a new agent version within 30 days" or "detection coverage at the edge increased from X to Y" - not as "shipped version 27.0."
• You are comfortable with security trade-offs. You have opinions about visibility vs privacy, tamper protection vs usability, cloud processing vs on-device intelligence. You can reason about the attacker's perspective and the IT buyer's perspective in the same conversation.
• You can translate across audiences. Engineers trust you because you speak their language. Customers trust you because you listen and deliver. Executives trust you because you tie technical decisions to business outcomes. Security teams at customers trust you because you respect their concerns.
• You bring rigor. PRDs, prioritization frameworks, release cadence, success metrics - you have your own way of bringing structure to product work, and you roll it out with the team, not at them.
• Strong written communication. Crisp PRDs, structured decision memos, clear release notes, credible engineering-facing specs. In a distributed team, writing is how product management scales.

• Engineering background earlier in your career (systems, kernel, driver, or low-level platform programming)
• Direct experience with Windows Filter Drivers, Minifilters, or WFP
• Experience with macOS Endpoint Security framework or Network Extensions

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Director / Unreal Engine Team Lead to lead the technical development of the next generation of interactive live casino experiences.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a people-management position. You will remain actively involved in development while owning the technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards of the Unreal Engine platform.
