This is a hands-on QA role responsible for monitoring the full product line. You will be the person who catches issues before users do — broken buttons, missing notifications, logic gaps in user flows, and inconsistencies between admin and clientfacing interfaces. What You’ll Do

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across the entire platform: all features, buttons, forms, and flows
• Test admin panel functionality — user management, bank onboarding, configurations, and notifications
• Validate user flows and business logic: verify the platform behaves correctly from the user’s perspective
• Review logs and error reports to identify root causes and reproduce bugs
• Test new releases and features before they go live; regression test existing functionality

What We’re Looking For

About the role 

We're looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team and help us ship quality products on Web3 platforms. This is a Junior+ role—we don't chase titles or years of experience, but we do need someone who's actually comfortable in a Web3 environment on day one, not someone who needs private keys and gas explained from scratch.

You'll test dApps, crypto wallets, DeFi flows, and NFT platforms, alongside mobile apps and AI-powered tools. Every task involves a chain somewhere—if that idea makes you nervous rather than curious, this probably isn't the right fit.

What you'll do 

- Test Web3 products across the full QA cycle: functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory 

- Read PRDs and user stories, then design and write test cases on your own 

- Test wallet connections, transaction flows, network switching, and on-chain state (balances, confirmations, transaction hashes)—not just "clicked and it worked" 

- Write bug reports the dev team can act on without follow-up: steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, severity/priority, environment, and (for on-chain bugs) the transaction hash/network 

- Test APIs in Postman alongside UI testing—because half the bugs live below the surface 

- Work closely with developers, PMs, and designers 

- Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow (test case generation, bug report drafting, edge case brainstorming) 

- Own the quality of what you test, flag risks, push back when something isn't ready, advocate for the user

What we're looking for 

- 1+ year of hands-on manual QA experience 

- Solid testing fundamentals: clear difference between functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing 

- Can take a PRD or user story and turn it into a proper set of test cases independently

- Conceptually understands common DeFi/NFT flows relevant to testing: swap, stake, bridge, mint/transfer (no need to write smart contracts - you need to understand what you're testing, not build it) 

- Open to AI tools—you don't have to be an expert, but you should be ready to make them part of your daily work

• Аналізувати логи та локалізувати дефекти в Linux-середовищі;

Team size: 1 Senior  QA, 1 Strong Junior QA. 
Але ви будете працювати як один головний QA на своєму проєкті.

Ваша зона відповідальності:

🔹 Manual Testing. Проведення функціонального, регресійного, smoke, exploratory, GUI, usability, cross-browser та cross-platform тестування web і mobile застосунків.

🔹Test Documentation. Створення та підтримка Test Cases, Checklists, Test Plans і тестової документації відповідно до бізнес-вимог.

🔹 API & Database Validation. Тестування REST API за допомогою Postman.

🔹 Bug Management. Виявлення, документування та супровід дефектів у Jira.

🔹 Agile Collaboration. Активна участь у Scrum/Kanban процесах, плануванні спринтів, Daily Meetings, Review та Retrospective.
🔹 Test Automation. Часткова автоматизація тестування на Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript) або досвід роботи з іншими інструментами / фреймворками автоматизації за умови готовності переключитися на Playwright. 
 

Що для нас важливо:
🔹 English: B2++ або вище — та важлива висока граматична точність.

🔹 Досвід: 2+ роки комерційного досвіду на позиції Manual QA Engineer та досвід роботи з декількома проектами одночасно.

🔹 Тестування: Практичний досвід тестування web applications, розуміння SDLC/STLC та сучасних процесів забезпечення якості.

🔹 API & SQL: Впевнена робота з Postman, REST API та SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

🔹 Інструменти: Досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Trello.

🔹 Особисті якості: Уважність до деталей, аналітичне мислення, проактивність, самостійність та відповідальність за якість кінцевого продукту.

Project description

Провідна міжнародна ІТ-компанія шукає Regular/Senior Manual QA на проект по розробці систем для Digital Banking. Дана позиція передбачає мануальне тестування мобільних додатків та тестування API за допомогою спеціальних інструментів. Responsibilities

Робота з вимогами до продукту, підготовка тест-кейсів, виконання тестів,

Реєстрація та ретест дефектів, підготовка звітів

Мобільне та бекенд тестування

Тестування через логи

Підтримка приймального тестування

Комунікаціі з дизайнером, замовником ПЗ, розробниками

Skills

Must have

Освіта: рівень бакалавра в технічній або економічній області

Досвід роботи: не менше 3 років у відповідній області

Знання SQL

Досвід тестування мобільних додатків (iOS, Android)

Досвід функціонального тестування

Досвід тестування інтеграційних сервісів

Досвід тестування API (Postman)

Досвід проведення регресійного тестування

Досвід роботи з баг-трекерами (Jira)

Досвід роботи з Test Management Tools
