ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to become the guardian of product quality before and after launch.

This is a hands-on role focused on testing real user journeys, identifying issues before players encounter them, and ensuring a smooth gaming experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

You will work closely with platform providers, content managers, CRM specialists, and product stakeholders to maintain a stable and reliable product.

• Perform manual testing of website functionality and admin panels

• Conduct desktop and mobile testing across different devices and browsers

• Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira

• Validate fixes and perform regression testing

• Test promotional mechanics including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback campaigns, and tournaments

• Verify payment processing flows and transaction logic

• Test CRM communications including emails, push notifications, and onsite messages

• Monitor integrations with CRM systems, payment providers, analytics tools, and tracking platforms

• Collaborate with platform vendors and internal teams to ensure timely bug resolution

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of experience in Manual QA testing

• Experience testing web-based products and customer-facing platforms

• Strong understanding of user flows and business logic validation

• Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems

• Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports

• Experience testing desktop and mobile versions of products

• English level Intermediate (B1+) or higher for written communication
