— Become the first hire in a new Platform team and build the infrastructure function from scratch - from strategy to execution, with full ownership and impact across the business;

We are looking for a Google Cloud Platform DevSecOps engineer. We need to protect hundreds of GKE cluster nodes with various security tools, automate their deployment, conduct compliance checks for the infrastructure, and perform log analysis.

Role Purpose

Project Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a large-scale international engineering team working on a modern cloud-based platform in the Banking & Finance domain.

The environment combines cloud and on-premises infrastructure, with a strong focus on automation, CI/CD, infrastructure reliability, and DevSecOps best practices. The role offers significant ownership and involvement in shaping the platform’s technical direction.

• адмініструвати stateful-частину: PostgreSQL HA, Kafka, об’єктне сховище;

Кого шукаємо

• Senior або Lead-рівень з реальним production-досвідом на Kubernetes ≥ 3 років;
• маєте глибоке розуміння Linux internals, networking (TCP / IP, BGP, iptables / eBPF);
• працювали з GitOps-підходом (Argo CD або Flux) у бойових умовах;
• розумієте, чому immutable OS це не примха, а архітектурне рішення;
