• Process Management: Overseeing the CRM backlog, building efficient campaign execution processes, and ensuring high quality standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with product, BI, analytics, and tech teams to enhance CRM capabilities and improve the customer experience.

• Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in CRM/Retention exclusively in Gambling (iGaming), with a proven track record of team management.
