What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute the organic growth (SEO) strategy to support the launch and growth of the Nibble app website in search.
• Run market, keyword, and competitor research; build and prioritize a keyword roadmap to attract the right audience.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in growth marketing, content marketing, product teams, and others.
• Introduce and roll out new SEO tools and technologies to scale impact.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and share clear insights and updates with the Organic Growth team and stakeholders.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to strengthen DashDevs’ organic presence and drive sustainable, long-term growth across international markets.

In this role, you will do much more than optimize pages and keywords. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams, contributing to strategic decisions, shaping our content and visibility strategy, and influencing how DashDevs is discovered by fintech leaders, founders, and decision-makers around the world. Your work will directly impact brand awareness, inbound demand, and business growth in key markets such as the USA, Europe, the UK, and MENA.
 

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings across international markets (USA, Europe, UK, MENA)

• Identify growth opportunities by optimizing existing content and supporting the creation of new SEO-driven content
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis for different regions and target audiences
• Manage on-page SEO and content optimization as part of the overall content strategy
• Build and maintain a consistent link-building strategy
• Analyze competitors’ SEO and marketing activities to benchmark performance and identify new opportunities
• Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Develop and execute GEO / AI Search optimization strategies, improving DashDevs’ visibility in generative search experiences (LLM-powered answers, AI overviews, conversational search) through structured content, topical authority, and entity-based SEO
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure SEO-friendly solutions
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement improvements
• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  
  What professional skills are required?
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in software development, tech, or fintech
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Experience working with analytics tools, including Google Analytics
• Proven experience in SEO content planning, optimization, and editing
• Experience working with international markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and project management skills

English proficiency sufficient for daily communication and content work
