Key Responsibilities
 

• Design and develop the server-side backend of the WebTrit system
• Build scalable, high-performance solutions supporting real-time communication services

• Collaborate with mobile and web teams to deliver seamless product functionality

   

Required Skills & Experience

• Python (strong backend development experience)
• Solid knowledge of Phoenix and Ecto
• Strong knowledge / hands-on experience with WebRTC
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Proven experience building backend services in production

Nice to Have

• Elixir (2+ years of commercial experience)

English Level
 

• Written English is sufficient for day-to-day communication

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial software development using Java-related technologies
• 1+ years of experience in the development of distributed transactional systems and micro-services
• Experience with distributed messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Good understanding of ORM and Relational Databases(deep knowledge of Postgres is a plus)
• Follow best practices of coding, code complete standards, OOP and design patterns.
• Understanding of SCRUM methodology
   

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the implementation of complex tasks.
• Deliver high quality code by establishing best practices like code review
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs
• Optimize performance of SQL queries
   

Nice to have

• Understanding of fundamental design principles of scalable and highly available applications
• Application and infrastructure monitoring experience
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS services
• Experience with high load systems

• Validate data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and detect potential errors.
• Track key operational processes and performance targets.
• Prepare analytical summaries and insights for management.

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data with strong attention to detail.
• English level А2+
