We are a newly funded MilTech startup building an on-premises platform for automated annotation of petabytes of UAV video and training computer vision models for autonomous flight. The Role

We are looking for a Middle CV/ML Engineer to join as one of the first engineers on the team. You will work closely with the technical lead to build the ML pipeline from the ground up — implementing core components across data processing, model training, and deployment.

This is an early-stage startup, so the tech stack and processes are still being shaped. You will have real input into the tools and approaches we adopt, and your work will directly define how the platform operates. - Familiarity with experiment tracking (MLflow, W&B, or similar)
- Python as primary language; clean, well-structured code
- Comfortable working in Linux and containerized environments (Docker)

- Model optimization experience (ONNX export, TensorRT, quantization)
- NVIDIA Jetson or other edge/mobile deployment
- Multi-object tracking (ByteTrack, DeepSORT, or similar)

The job purpose is to co-create a trusted data environment for the executive management and internal clients required for business decision-making by applying various data analysis, visualization tools, and techniques
You will work alongside BI and Data Analysts, DWH experts, contributing to the development and maintenance of the corporate reporting eco-system. You will have a chance to become a subject matter expert in SQL, Tableau reporting, take part in cross-functional projects of a global IT company

• Responsibilities:

  • Provide business performance reporting, manipulating, and joining different data sets in the most appropriate format for the stakeholders
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting, extracting data from corporate data sources
  • Provide regular reporting required for Executive meetings
  • Take part in cross-domain deep-dive projects, delivering and highlighting insights, facts, and trends for executive decisions
  • Take part in internal Reporting&Analytics initiatives aimed at further development, and improvement of a data-driven culture
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders: BI analysts, DWH, Business & Back-office streams (Sales, Billing & Contracting team), Executive Management
