Role Summary

We are seeking a specialized MLOps Engineer with deep expertise in optimizing high-performance, low-latency inference pipelines. You will be responsible for the core infrastructure that allows our many models to run efficiently in parallel on GPUs.

This is not a standard MLOps role. We are looking for a specialist with a particular experience in GPU optimization, CUDA programming, and real-time streaming systems. Your primary goal is to "minimize the delay" and ensure our entire system is as efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Optimize Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain our multi-model, multi-GPU inference pipelines for low-latency deployment.
• Maximize Concurrency: Structure our streaming pipeline so that multiple models (e.g., detection, tracking, OCR) can run in parallel without blocking one another.
• Performance Profiling & Debugging: Use tools like NVIDIA Nsight Systems, Nsight Compute, and the PyTorch Profiler to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks.

As a Lead Shopify Developer, you’ll architect, code, and scale our new Shopify Plus ecosystem from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Lead the full setup of our Shopify Plus environment — themes, integrations, and performance-first foundations.
• Code Daily: Stay hands-on in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
• Launch Funnels & Pages: Build conversion-optimized landing pages, advertorials, and quiz funnels using GemPages, Replo, or PageFly.
• App Management: Implement and optimize tools for 1-click upsells, cross-sells, bundles, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
• Lead & Mentor: Manage a small, agile team (UX/UI designer + junior developer), ensuring clean documentation and scalable processes.
• Performance Obsessed: Maintain top-tier site speed, mobile responsiveness, and pixel-perfect tracking (Meta, Google, etc.).

• Collaborate for Growth: Translate creative and marketing ideas into seamless technical solutions that drive measurable results.

   

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years total dev experience, including 5+ years in Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred).
• Mastery in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing Shopify stores, funnels, and landing pages.
• Experience with GemPages, Replo, PageFly, or similar funnel builders.
• Strong grasp of pixels, CAPI, and ad tracking integrations.
• Background in DTC e-commerce (physical products) — ideally with 8–9 figure scale-ups.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience — you enjoy helping others grow.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a documentation-first mindset.

• A proactive, collaborative approach — you thrive on solving problems, not pointing them out.

   

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or skincare categories.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, ReCharge, Freshdesk, or other retention-focused apps.
• Exposure to headless Shopify, React, or Vue.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Development, maintenance, and improvement of automated tests (API, Web Services);

- Automation of Smoke and Regression testing cycles;

- Collaboration with the development team to ensure automated test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements;

   We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to be a driving force behind our mission to modernize the private credit market. In this role, you won't just manage infrastructure; you'll design, secure, and scale the core systems that power our platform. You will be a catalyst for reliability and efficiency, responsible for building cloud-native systems, automating processes, and ensuring best-in-class security practices across the entire stack.

• Responsibilities:

  ● Infrastructure as Code: Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
  ● Cloud Operations: Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS services including EKS, RDS Aurora PostgreSQL, VPC, and IAM.
  ● Containerization & Orchestration: Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and Dockerized applications in production.
  ● CI/CD & GitOps: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitOps workflows) and data orchestration (Airflow DAGs).
  ● Database Reliability: Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of Aurora PostgreSQL with strong security and backup practices.
  ● Monitoring & Incident Response: Design and operate observability systems (metrics, logs, traces, alerting, availability, etc) and lead structured incident response and postmortems.
  ● Security & Compliance: Apply DevSecOps principles to safeguard infrastructure, manage secrets, and adhere to compliance frameworks (SOC2).
  ● Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams to embed secure and scalable infrastructure practices into development workflows.
  ● Automation & Innovation: Continuously drive automation and improvements in deployments, testing, and system reliability.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  ● 5-10 years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience in a cloud-native environment
  ● Proven expertise with AWS (EKS, RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
  ● Strong experience with Terraform and GitOps workflows
  ● Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker
