This is not a campaign-launch executor role. We need someone who has scaled a subscription app profitably in the US market before, thinks in LTV-payback horizons rather than day-1 ROAS, and can build a paid acquisition function from the ground up.

Ваша місія на ролі

Ваша головна задача — знайти та побудувати ефективну B2B-маркетингову модель (пошуку \ залучення \ утримання \ розширення) для GeoBuyer.

На першому етапі фокус буде на залученні малого бізнесу, e-commerce та offline retail підприємців до використання наших інструментів і платформи. У нас вже є перші підтверджені гіпотези та AI-driven B2B-інструмент для створення спец.пропозицій. Далі нам потрібно зрозуміти, які аудиторії, канали, офери та моделі монетизації можуть масштабуватися.

Що ви будете робити

• Будувати B2B-маркетинг для GeoBuyer з фокусом на малий бізнес, e-commerce та offline retail.

• Досліджувати потенційні B2B-аудиторії та формувати нові ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles).

• Шукати нові ніші, сегменти та use cases для існуючого продукту або нові суміжні продукти для існуючих ICP.

• Перевіряти гіпотези залучення, активації, монетизації та retention.

• Будувати acquisition funnel для B2B-користувачів.

• Працювати з SaaS / small business tools / marketplace-моделями.

• Формувати офери для різних сегментів бізнес-аудиторії.

• Тестувати канали залучення: PPC, SMM, digital, partnerships, communities, outbound, локальні канали та інші потенційні джерела (SEO та ASO закриваються окремо).

We’re looking for a senior User Acquisition professional to take ownership of paid growth strategy, campaign execution, attribution, and performance optimization across multiple acquisition channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale user acquisition strategy across key paid channels
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Apple Search Ads, and major programmatic platforms
