Partner Onboarding & Account Setup

• Register and verify company accounts with affiliate networks and brands provided by management
• Handle KYC and financial verification: submit legal, banking, and identity documentation accurately and professionally

Negotiation & Relationship Management

• Communicate with affiliate managers to secure better payouts, higher caps, and improved terms

• Handle routine partner communications: clarifications, creatives, policy questions, payment follow-ups
• Maintain professional, responsive, and consistent partner relationships

Offer Operations & Placement Coordination

• Add and manage offers in the internal offer-rotation system (monday.com or equivalent) with correct metadata:
  • vertical, geo, device, restrictions, payout, links, tracking parameters, start/stop dates, creatives
• Coordinate placements based on internal direction (which newsletters, when, and frequency)

Quality Control & Compliance Hygiene

• Ensure offers run strictly within partner rules and restrictions
• Flag risky offers or unclear compliance requirements early
• Coordinate with internal QA and Support teams if issues may cause complaints or platform risk

Reporting & Operational Discipline

• Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline covering:

🎯 Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work on internal fintech and marketing products, focusing on high-quality requirements preparation, stakeholder collaboration, and readiness of tasks for development.

You’ll work closely with the Technical Director and the development team, transforming business needs into clear, structured, and implementation-ready requirements. The role includes active participation in grooming / refinement processes and ongoing support of the team during development.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with uncertain or raw business requests and knows how to turn them into clear product and technical specifications.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Collect and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders

• Analyze requirements for logical conflicts, edge cases, and integration risks

• Translate business needs into clear, structured tasks for the development team

• Prepare and maintain the backlog for planning and grooming / refinement

• Participate in grooming / refinement sessions together with the Technical Director and the development team

• Support the development team during implementation (clarifying requirements, answering questions)

• Validate integration scenarios and business logic before handoff to development

• Document business logic, processes, and functional requirements

📌 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 

• Hands-on experience collecting and formalizing requirements in product teams

• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Basic technical understanding of backend / frontend interactions, APIs, and third-party integrations

• Ability to validate hypotheses in practice (API calls, test requests, working with provider documentation)

• Experience working with Jira

• English level sufficient for confident professional communication

• Ability to work with ambiguous or “raw” business requests
