We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing services and the US business landscape. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional capable of building and optimizing internal sales processes while working closely with marketing teams to attract and secure new clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the US. 
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the US market effectively. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
• Design and implement scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth. 
• Develop, track, and analyze sales KPIs to optimize performance. 
• Ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.

🚀 Your role

You will be a key person in sales, helping clients see real growth opportunities for their businesses:

• Conduct sales and discovery calls with warm leads (inbound + qualified outbound)
• Analyze client accounts (Amazon / TikTok Shop) and identify growth opportunities
• Deeply understand client pain points and offer solutions — not generic packages
• Manage deals in the CRM: statuses, notes, next steps
• Work closely with PPC strategists and audit specialists
• Close deals and guide clients toward a confident start of cooperation

✅ What we’re looking for

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B / eCommerce sales, preferably with Amazon and/or TikTok Shop (Shopify or Etsy experience is acceptable if Amazon experience is limited)
• Experience in consultative sales and closing mid-market deals
• English level B2–C1
• Strong communication skills and business mindset
• High level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership of results

Nice to have:

• Experience selling Amazon agency services
• Understanding of key metrics: ACOS, TACoS, BSR
• Hands-on experience with Helium10, DataDive, SQP
• Basic Amazon / TikTok Shop account analysis skills
