Skills we are looking for    

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing in roles such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Lead. 
• Proven track record of executing marketing strategies, scaling acquisition channels, and building sustainable organic growth engines. 
• Experience owning MQL and pipeline targets, with direct responsibility for marketing performance. 
• Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling marketing teams (10+ people), hiring, training, and performance management. 
• Deep expertise in product marketing strategy, including segmentation, ICP definition, competitor analysis, and customer research (interviews, surveys, focus groups).
