    About the Project

     

    This project is an AI-powered web application that simulates real-time classroom scenarios, allowing novice teachers to practice and refine their skills with virtual students. Developed with Next.js and Supabase, it leverages large language models, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech technologies to mimic student interactions and provide actionable coaching feedback.

     

    Teck stack:

     

    React.js, Next.js, Typescript, APIs, Python, Supabase, AI features (RAG, chatbots, eval harnesses), Vercel/AWS/Heroku, AI coding tools

     

    Our 90-day milestones:

     

    • Reduce simulation latency by 30%.
    • Ship a Canvas LTI integration for fall pilot.
    • Harden product with observability, evals, and testing by September to ensure stability and iteration.

       

    What you’ll do

     

    • Build & ship features in Next.js/React/TS plus a new FastAPI/Python service layer.
    • Optimise STT/TTS latency; experiment with streaming/WebRTC when feasible.
    • Stand-up monitoring, alerting, and LLM eval harness.
    • Design clean APIs and database schemas; write maintainable, readable code following best practices.
    • Use AI coding tools to balance speed and quality while maintaining high code standards.
    • Build with security and privacy in mind; integrate user feedback to drive improvements.
    • Deploy and manage basic infrastructure on Vercel/AWS.

     

    Will be a good fit

     

    • 5+ years building web products; strong, modern React a must. Experience with Next.js (App Router)
    • Strong fundamentals: can design good APIs, database schemas, and write quality code.
    • Solid Python (FastAPI or Flask) and async patterns;
    • Proven work on voice or real-time LLM experiences (TTS/STT, streaming, or prompt-eval harnesses).
    • Familiar with Canvas LTI or willing to learn quickly.
    • Comfortable with deploying and setting up basic infrastructure on AWS, Heroku, or similar platforms.

    A fast-growing software company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience using LinkedHelper, GetMany, and Reply.io. You’ll be responsible for researching and contacting ideal B2B prospects through LinkedIn outreach campaigns across the US, Canada, and the EU markets.

     

    📌 Responsibilities

     

    • Identify and qualify B2B leads according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
    • Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using GetMany, LinkedHelper, Reply.io
    • Personalize and test message templates to improve response rates
    • Track campaign performance and maintain data in CRM systems (HubSpot / Notion / Pipedrive)
    • Collaborate with SDRs and sales team to ensure lead quality and handover

     

    ✅ Requirements

     

    • 1+ year of experience in LinkedIn or email-based lead generation
    • Proficiency with LinkedHelper, GetMany, or similar tools
    • Strong written English (B2+ level)
    • Ability to write clear and personalized cold outreach messages
    • Self-organized with high attention to detail

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our global finance team. This is a fully remote role that requires alignment with U.S. business hours and close collaboration with our team members across different countries, especially in the United States.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and record company payments and transactions accurately and on time
    • Manage and monitor online banking activities and account reconciliations
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations, including handling W-2, 1099 forms and others
    • Prepare and submit reports to government authorities, including but not limited IRS
    • Communicate with stakeholders including payroll providers, government agencies, and company leadership
    • Work with accounting software such as QuickBooksMicrosoft Dynamics, and payroll management system (ADP, SurePayroll) 
    • Support internal teams with ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks as needed

     

    Requirements:

    • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Knowledge of U.S. tax systems and forms (W-2, 1099)
    • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP
    • Proficiency in QuickBooksMicrosoft Dynamics, or general online banking tools
    • Familiarity with IRS procedures and communications
