Зараз шукаємо WordPress Developer, який зможе працювати з WordPress проєктами end-to-end: створювати сайти з нуля, підтримувати поточні проєкти, якісно працювати з дизайном, WordPress логікою, Git, збіркою, оцінками задач і командною взаємодією. Нам потрібен не просто розробник, який “ставить плагіни” або “верстає сторінки”, а людина, яка розуміє WordPress як систему, уважна до якості та може відповідально доводити задачі до готового результату.
 

Що потрібно буде робити

• Створювати WordPress сайти з нуля.
• Доробляти, підтримувати та розвивати поточні WordPress проєкти.
• Реалізовувати сторінки і блоки за дизайном з увагою до pixel perfect.
• Працювати з кастомними темами, child themes, ACF Pro, Elementor, Gutenberg.
• Реалізовувати базову WordPress логіку: шаблони, поля, типи записів, hooks/actions/filters.
• Працювати з frontend збіркою: Gulp або аналогічні інструменти.
• Працювати з Git, проходити code review і вносити правки за стандартами команди.
• Давати адекватні оцінки задач, ставити уточнюючі питання й завчасно повідомляти про ризики.
• Взаємодіяти з PM, QA, дизайнером та іншими розробниками.
   

Нам важливо

• Комерційний досвід роботи з WordPress від 2 років.
• Впевнена робота з ACF Pro.
• Впевнена робота з HTML/SCSS, JavaScript.
• Впевнений досвід з responsive версткою, pixel perfect.
• Впевнений досвід зі створення кастомних тем і кастомізації існуючих.
• Досвід роботи з Gutenberg.
• Досвід роботи з Elementor.
• Досвід роботи з WPML або Polylang.
• Досвід роботи з Contact Form 7 або WP Forms.
• Досвід роботи з Gulp або аналогічними frontend-збірщиками.
• Досвід із PageSpeed / Lighthouse / Core Web Vitals.
• Досвід оптимізації WordPress performance: кешування, assets, зображення, базові запити до БД.
• Розуміння WordPress hooks/actions/filters, templates, custom post types, taxonomies.
• Вміння працювати з Git, branch workflow, pull/merge requests і code review.
• Базове розуміння PHP та OOP.
• Базове розуміння MySQL і структури WordPress database.
• Вміння оцінювати задачі, пояснювати оцінку і комунікувати ризики.
• Англійська на рівні читання технічної документації.
   

Буде плюсом

• Досвід із Bedrock / Sage.
• Досвід із Composer у WordPress проєктах.
• Досвід із WooCommerce, WPBakery.
• Досвід написання або доопрацювання WordPress plugins.
• Досвід перенесення WordPress-проєктів, deployment, SSL, VPS / DigitalOcean або їх аналогами.
• Базові sysadmin-навички: SSH, backups, config, права доступу, робота з hosting/server.
• Розуміння базових дій при аудиті WordPress-сайту після зламу.
• Досвід із CI/CD, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.
• Досвід роботи з UNIX/Linux.

Нам важливо побачити не тільки список технологій у CV, а й те, як ви думаєте над реальною задачею. На одному з етапів ми можемо запропонувати вам розібрати приклад комерційного WordPress проєкту, який уже був реалізований у Flexi IT. Не потрібно буде розробляти весь проєкт, нам важливо побачити:

• як ви оцінюєте задачу в годинах;
• які питання ставите перед стартом;
• які ризики бачите;
• як думаєте про frontend, WordPress-логіку, responsive, QA fixes і deployment;
• як пояснюєте свою оцінку.

Ми цінуємо не “вгадати точну цифру”, а вміння мислити як відповідальний розробник: бачити деталі, ризики, залежності й чесно оцінювати роботу.
 

Що для нас означає успішна робота

Нам важливо, щоб розробник:

• якісно реалізовував задачі без системних проблем із pixel perfect і responsive;
• писав підтримуваний WordPress/PHP-код;
• самостійно перевіряв результат перед передачею в QA;
• проходив code review і працював за стандартами команди;
• давав реалістичні оцінки задач і завчасно повідомляв про ризики;
• нормально взаємодіяв з PM, QA, дизайнером і dev team;
• не створював хаос у проєкті й відповідально ставився до якості, строків і командної роботи.
   

Ця роль може не підійти, якщо

Вам комфортніше працювати тільки з готовими плагінами, без code review, без відповідальності за оцінки, якість, responsive і командну взаємодію.

About the Project

Large SaaS platform in the e-commerce domain that automates store operations for online sellers. The platform covers product importing, inventory and price synchronization, supplier integrations, order fulfillment automation, and marketplace management.

Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the Warsaw office

Responsibilities:

• Create new landing pages and test paid vs. free funnel models
• Integrate payment flows, including Stripe, into new funnel experiences
• Develop and test alternative versions of existing flows for A/B testing
• Integrate with Shopify and other external APIs used in the funnel
• Support and extend the existing WordPress/PHP-based funnel when needed
• Gradually migrate parts of the existing solution toward React and newer architecture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of general software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Wordpress
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with ReactJS
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

About the Position

We are looking for a WordPress developer for a support team who will work on improvements to existing client websites fix issues and implement technical SEO audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Site Maintenance & Bug Fixes
  • Triage and resolve WordPress issues (CSS tweaks, plugin errors, content updates)
  • Update site information, imagery and layouts as requested by clients
• SEO Audit Implementation
  • Apply fixes identified in SEO audits, including:
    • Fixing broken links and setting up 301 redirects
    • Resolving sitemap, schema, and crawl errors
  • Validate and test changes to confirm correct implementation
• Page Building & Theming
  • Build and update pages using Elementor (templates, global widgets, responsive settings)
  • Implement simple landing pages and section layouts from Figma mockups
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Report progress and blockers clearly in Asana and Slack
  • Coordinate with SEO specialists to align technical fixes

  • Communicate with Account Managers to clarify task details; be patient with imperfectly defined requests, ask questions, and propose solutions

     

Required Qualifications

• WordPress Proficiency
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress core, themes and plugins
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Elementor page builder
• Self-Management & Communication
  • Strong written English for task descriptions and updates
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently on remote, hourly engagements
• Attention to Detail
  • Methodical testing and verification of all changes

DevOps & Hosting Fundamentals

• Set up new WordPress sites on hosting environments (e.g., Kinsta, WP Engine, SiteGround)
• Migrate sites across hosts and staging/live environments without downtime
• Understand and manage DNS settings, SSL certificates, and CDN configuration
• Use tools like phpMyAdmin, FastPanel, SSH, FTP/sFTP

Language Skills

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Russian — good to have; used for internal team communication

Interview stages:

• Technical interview(30-90min)
• Paid test assignment — up to 6 hours

Type of engagement: Contractor agreement with a US-based company, paid hourly.
