Your responsibilities will be divided into the following key areas:

1. Brand Architecture Development

• Identity Adaptation: Scale the brand identity across new products.

Ваші задачі:
— Керувати командою з 4х графічних дизайнерів та розвивати її.
— Забезпечувати високий рівень якості брендинг-проєктів на всіх етапах — від брифу до запуску.
— Оцінювати проєкти та розподіляти задачі відповідно до сильних сторін дизайнерів.
— Масштабувати команду: брати участь у наймі, онбордингу та технічних співбесідах.
— Покращувати дизайн-процеси та підвищувати креативні стандарти.
— Співпрацювати з іншими департаментами та зовнішніми партнерами (motion, illustration, copywriting).
— Представляти агенцію на конкурсах, фестивалях та професійних заходах.
— Ініціювати внутрішні проєкти та запускати нові формати роботи всередині Graphic-напряму.

Ми шукаємо Senior Graphic Designer, який допоможе розвивати та підтримувати єдиний візуальний стиль компанії у всіх каналах комунікації. Це роль для сильного практикуючого дизайнера, який вміє працювати зі складними продуктами, створювати якісні візуальні рішення та впливати на загальний рівень дизайну в компанії.

Обов’язки:

• Розвиток та підтримка єдиної візуальної ідентичності бренду та продуктів компанії;
• Створення візуальних концепцій для запусків продуктів, маркетингових кампаній та корпоративних комунікацій;
• Розробка та вдосконалення презентацій, продуктових каталогів, лендингів, маркетингових матеріалів та матеріалів для виставок;

Ми шукаємо креативного графічного дизайнера, який вміє працювати не лише з digital, а й створювати офлайн-візуал для магазинів, рекламних кампаній та портфеля брендів.

• розробка дизайну для офлайн-ритейлу;
