This role is focused on email marketing operations and automation inside Blueshift CDP, including building email flows, working with user segments, personalization logic, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
It is not a pure HTML email development role — most of the work happens through automation, logic configuration, and low-code tools within the CDP.
 

Team & collaboration format

• The email/automation team currently consists of 4 people (team lead + 3 specialists).
• Long-term collaboration is expected.
   

How the work is structured

Most day-to-day tasks are performed inside Blueshift CDP, a large platform for email marketing and automation.

The role includes working with:

• email sequences and automation flows;

Ми очікуємо

• Досвід роботи Digital Marketing Manager / Growth / Performance Manager в e-commerce
• Практичний досвід роботи з user journey та CRO
• Розуміння UX/UI принципів для fashion & beauty сайтів
• Впевнений рівень роботи з GA4, GTM, аналітичними інструментами
• Досвід A/B тестування та інтерпретації результатів
• Сильне аналітичне мислення та орієнтація на бізнес-результат
• Вміння працювати з кросфункціональними командами

Обов'язки

• Побудова, аналіз та оптимізація user journey на e-commerce сайтах
• Робота з воронкою продажів: awareness → consideration → purchase → retention
• Оптимізація конверсій на ключових етапах шляху користувача (CRO)
• Управління платним трафіком: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
• Аналіз поведінки користувачів 
• Формування гіпотез і запуск A/B тестів
• Співпраця з UX/UI дизайнерами, розробниками та контент-командою
• Контроль контенту та структури сайту з точки зору зручності та продажів
• Запуск і оптимізація email-, SMS- та remarketing-кампаній

Обов’язки:
 

• Аналіз нових маркетингових платформ і їхніх алгоритмів (органіка, реклама, рейтинги, конкуренція)
• Реєстрація та запуск профілів, пошук рішень для верифікації
• SEO-оптимізація профілів, підбір ключових слів, розробка шаблонів для масштабування
• Запуск і оптимізація платних кампаній (CPC, CPA, CPL)
• Ведення аналітики, створення звітів і пропозицій щодо покращень
• Постановка і контроль KPI команди, координація роботи, онбординг нових членів
• Планування місячних і квартальних результатів, участь у звітних зустрічах
