    What You’ll Do:

    • Own the full recruitment cycle β€” from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful candidate experience.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define clear candidate profiles and identify the people who will drive our growth.
    • Lead proactive sourcing across platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, etc.) and build long-term pipelines of strong talent.
    • Conduct interviews that go beyond checklists β€” focusing on cultural fit, motivation, and long-term potential.
    • Manage your own roles independently (1–4 at a time), keeping everything structured in our ATS Homerun.
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to spot bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and introduce new ideas or processes.
    • Contribute to the employer brand by helping us share our story with candidates and the tech community.



    What We’re Looking For:

    • You have 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in outsourcing/consulting) and a track record of successfully closing both technical and non-technical roles.
    • You take full ownership of the recruitment process, managing roles end-to-end with autonomy and accountability.
    • You’re analytical and metrics-driven β€” you enjoy tracking results, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to make the process smarter.
    • You thrive in dynamic environments, are curious, adaptable, and love thinking outside the box to find the right talent.
