We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Dataforest and lead a long-term, high-scale FinTech project.

About the Project:
Our client is building a powerful B2B SaaS platform designed to revolutionize chargeback management, featuring enterprise-grade API integrations (Ethoca, Verifi), seamless payment processor connections (Stripe, Shopify, Braintree), and real-time dispute alerts. We are actively developing and scaling multiple product streams, including Business Health, Dispute Management, and others.

    You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of PM experience, specifically in an IT outsourcing company (must-have).
• Domain expertise: Mandatory experience in FinTech / Payments.

About Farsight Vision

Farsight Vision is a Ukrainian-Estonian MilTech company developing innovative technology for real-time analysis of UAV video. Our system transforms ordinary aerial footage into digital 2D and 3D terrain models, enabling detailed situational information even when precise geographic coordinates are unavailable.

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the FSV Platform team within our military-tech product. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working closely with an engineering team, keeping delivery on track, and bringing structure and visibility to the development process.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team's tasks organised and ensure priorities and statuses stay clear
• Push delivery forward and follow up on commitments, deadlines, and next steps
• Coordinate the FSV Platform team and keep everyone aligned on current priorities
• Track dependencies, blockers, and risks before they impact delivery
• Maintain transparent and up-to-date development status
• Organise regular syncs, follow-ups, and other team coordination activities
• Manage the Jira backlog and ensure tasks remain relevant and actionable
• Coordinate communication between development, QA, product, and delivery teams
• Support task decomposition and help turn larger initiatives into clear, actionable work
• Ensure tasks have up-to-date descriptions and clear acceptance criteria
• Escalate risks and delivery issues early, before they become blockers
• Work closely with the Engineering team and Delivery Manager to keep execution moving

Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in product-focused software teams
• Experience working with mobile or technical teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for delivery
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously without losing track of priorities
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical discussions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a team focused without creating unnecessary bureaucracy

Nice to have

• Web development experience
• Experience in gaming, military tech, or startup environments
