— Proven track record of building automation frameworks from scratch — including structure, configuration, reporting, and CI integration.

— Solid experience with k6: writing JS-based load tests, configuring thresholds, designing ramp/spike/soak tests, and analyzing metrics.

— Experience with performance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

— CI/CD proficiency: GitHub Actions or GitLab CI (parallelization, caching, artifact management).

— Strong background in API testing (REST/GraphQL), contract testing (Pact/OpenAPI), and tools like Postman or Newman.

Зараз наша команда активно шукає QA Team Lead’а, який візьме на себе управління командою General QA-інженерів та відповідатиме за якість тестування мобільних додатків і веб-платформи. Це роль із великою зоною впливу: від релізів до розвитку QA-культури та процесів.

Команда: 2 General QA-інженери + тісна співпраця зі Head of QA та крос-функціональними командами (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps)

Твої задачі:
 

• Керуй командою з 2 General QA-інженерів: підтримуй, ментори, розвивай інженерний рівень.
• Забезпечуй повне тестування мобільних і веб-додатків (iOS, Android, Web).
• Тестуй нові функції та релізи разом із командою.
• Займайся автоматизацією тестування у співпраці з AQA-командою, забезпечуючи інтеграцію мануального та автоматизованого підходів.
• Контролюй якість усіх релізів та координуй щотижневі релізи разом із продакт й дев-командами.
• Вдосконалюй процеси тестування, впроваджуючи інновації, автоматизацію та повне тестове покриття.
   

Твій досвід:
 

• 5+ років у QA та мінімум 1,5 роки управління QA-командами.
• Досвід тестування мобільних додатків (iOS, Android) та веб-додатків.
• Розуміння CI/CD-процесів.
• Середній рівень знань мов програмування чи скриптів для автоматизації (Java, TypeScript тощо).
• Досвід API-тестування (Postman або аналоги).
• Розуміння підходів A/B-тестування.
• Досвід з аналітичними інструментами (Amplitude чи аналогічні).
• Знання retention-інструментів (Customer.io, Iterable, SendGrid).
• Вміння працювати з логами (Kibana, Grafana чи інші).
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід performance-тестування.
• Комерційний досвід автоматизації тестування.
