We are seeking a hands‑on NetSuite Administrator to support and expand our enterprise ERP capabilities. The ideal candidate configures, maintains, and optimizes NetSuite for complex business processes, works closely with corporate clients, and translates operational needs into system solutions.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Administer and configure NetSuite: roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards.
• Support business processes across inventory, supply chain, order-to-cash, and sales cycles.
• Deliver client-facing consulting: gather requirements, map processes, propose system changes.

We are currently looking for a Sourcer who doesn’t just want to find profiles, but aims to grow into a Recruiter and eventually manage vacancies independently within an international IT business.

What you will do

• Active sourcing using LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean / X-ray search
• Search for technical and commercial profiles
• First contact and communication with candidates
• Building and managing shortlists
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database
• Market and talent analytics

You will work with a wide range of roles, including Pre-Sales, Solution Engineers (Cloud / Security), BDM, Sales, Marketing.

After 6–9 months, you’ll have the opportunity to move into full-cycle recruiting and manage positions independently.

Who we’re looking for

• 6+ months of experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Understanding of the IT market
• Ability to write personalized first outreach messages
• Strong motivation to grow and develop, not just “work the inbox”
• English level B1 or higher

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience with PHP (Laravel, Composer)
• 3+ years of Shopify development experience
• Proven expertise with Shopify Plus (Apps, Shops, migrations, Liquid, GraphQL)
• Experience developing apps published on the Shopify Marketplace
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript (TypeScript, React)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with MySQL and Shopify API
• Proficiency with Git
• Hands-on experience in speed optimization and SEO
• Knowledge of Amazon integrations
   

Nice to have:

• Solid experience in adaptive/responsive and cross-platform design
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms
• Background in custom web applications development
• Familiarity with tools such as Gulp, Grunt, Webpack
   

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify stores
• Work with Shopify API and integrations
• Implement new features and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in the development of new projects on Shopify
• Support and maintain existing projects
• Influence development processes and suggest innovative solutions
• Build and maintain Shopify applications (e.g., connectors)
