Why This Role Exists

We have already built the strategy, the hooks, the creative direction, and the AI tooling that produces base footage. What we need is someone who turns those inputs into finished videos every working day, on time, without supervision.

Editing fast isn't the bar. Editing fast with taste is. Anyone can cut clips together. We need someone who understands why a hook lands at 0.4 seconds vs 0.8, why caption timing changes retention, and why some sounds work this month and not next.

The value of this role isn't any single skill. It's full ownership of the daily output: polished videos shipped every weekday, with no chasing.

What You'll Own

1. Daily Edit Output (Primary)

Ship 2+ polished short-form videos per day, under an hour of edit time per video once you have the brief and assets. Output is split between organic content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and paid social creative (Meta and TikTok ads). You'll handle:

• Clip cutting and pacing
• Captions and text overlays
• Sound selection and audio mixing
• Color grading
• Animations and motion graphics
• Final QC and platform-spec exports (organic and paid)

2. AI Video Workflow

Use our internal AI video generation tools to produce base footage, then add the finishing layer that makes content feel human and scroll-stopping. As new AI platforms launch (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Sora, Kling, whatever comes next), test them, learn them, and fold the useful ones into your workflow without being asked.

3. Creative Feedback Loop

When a format isn't performing, flag it. When a hook style is fatiguing, say so. We expect specific observations, not vague vibes. You will see the analytics on what you ship and you're expected to feed pattern recognition back into the team.

4. Operations

Log work, keep project files organized, communicate status. The team should never have to ask where something stands.

• Expert in CapCut (Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci also fine)

Core Skills Required

• Multi-cam editing - syncing and cutting between 2 camera angles
• Color correction - matching Nikon/Sony/DJI cameras to a consistent look per client; DaVinci Resolve is a strong plus
• Audio work - levels, noise reduction, basic sound design and music beds
• Graphics - working with branded templates (intros, outros, lower thirds, captions)
• Social cut-downs - pulling 2-3 short clips in vertical/square formats from the main edit
• Motion graphics basics - Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Software: Premiere Pro preferred; DaVinci Resolve also works

Non-Negotiables

English fluency - real-time creative communication via Slack, not just translation tools. This is a hard requirement.

Comfort working inside a structured production system. We've built StoryOS, a backend platform that integrates directly into Premiere Pro - briefs, footage checkout, exports, and tracking all run through it. Asset management and client feedback happen through Shade (shade.inc), including timestamped comments and version control. If you thrive in freelance chaos, this isn't the right fit.

How We Work

Everything flows through StoryOS + Shade + Notion. You'll get a brief, pull footage, edit, export, and deliver - all within one connected loop. Async check-ins on Slack. No ambiguity about what's needed or where things stand.

Volume and Trajectory

We're behind on deliverables and need to move fast. This starts with a test project - one real edit - and scales quickly if it goes well. The goal is 8-10 standard edits per month handed off from our CCO, freeing him for creative direction and complex work. As we add clients quarterly, volume grows. We're looking for someone building toward a near full-time role, not a one-video-a-week arrangement.

Requirements:

— Strong hands-on video editing skills (short-form + social formats)
— Ability to produce videos independently using stock footage and AI-generated assets (sourcing, compositing, sound, basic motion)
— Ability to manage external production: write briefs, select vendors, coordinate, review, and deliver on time
— Experience with live/real-world shooting: streams, live events, vlogs, backstage footage (basic camera + sound + light fundamentals)
— Solid project management skills: deadlines, iterations, approvals, file management
— EU-based (must)

Responsibilities:

— Produce and edit social videos end-to-end (short-form, promos, explainers, recaps)
— Build a scalable workflow: templates, reusable assets, naming/versioning, delivery standards
— Orchestrate external freelancers/agencies when needed (briefing → production → QA → delivery)
— Cover live shoots / event content when required (capture + quick turnaround edits)
— Collaborate with SMM/brand/PR/partners for creative alignment and fast approvals
— Ensure consistent brand style, quality bar, and compliance requirements

МАЙБУТНІ ЗАДАЧІ:
• Створювати відеокреативи за допомогою AI-інструментів (генеративне відео, AI-аватари, AI-анімація);
• Адаптувати AI-відео під різні формати та платформи: Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads;
• Будувати та оптимізувати AI-workflow для створення відеоконтенту;
• Автоматизувати продакшн-процеси: генерацію сценаріїв, voice-over, монтаж та створення креативів за допомогою AI;
• Створювати бібліотеку AI-шаблонів, щоб масштабувати виробництво відеоконтенту;
• Співпрацювати з креативною та маркетинговою командами (дизайнери, продюсери, медіабаєри) для реалізації ідей у відеоформаті;
• Аналізувати ефективність відеокреативів та покращувати підходи;
• Досліджувати нові AI-інструменти для відеопродакшну та впроваджувати їх у робочі процеси;
• Тестувати нові формати відеоконтенту для підвищення ефективності маркетингових кампаній.

ВИМОГИ:
• Від 1 року досвіду у відеопродакшні/монтажі/motion design або досвіду створення AI-generated відео;
• Впевнене володіння After Effects/Premiere Pro та знання основ кольорокорекції;
• Навички монтажу звуку (clean-up, баланс, прості звукові ефекти);
• Розуміння форматів та трендів TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, досвід адаптації контенту;
• Навички сторітелінгу та роботи зі сценаріями;
• Креативність, проактивність, вміння працювати в команді.
Буде плюсом:
• Розуміння ринку IGaming;
• Розуміння performance-маркетингу та рекламних платформ.
