    Qualifications & Skills

     

    Sales Experience: Proven success in sales-driven roles, preferably in wellness, medical spa, aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury services.

    Passion for Wellness: Strong interest in anti-aging, health, and beauty industries.

    Excellent Communication: Ability to educate, persuade, and build trust with clients.

    Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven by commission-based earnings and performance incentives.

    Professional & Personable: Ability to build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, POS systems, and scheduling platforms.

     

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in aesthetics, health coaching, fitness, or medical sales is a plus.
