    Requirements:

    • 1+ year HR management experience, preferably in a design agency, development agency, or product company
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding

    Responsibilities

     

    • Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support
    • Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, 1-1, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration of specialists in the company
