About the Role
We’re seeking a software engineer who lead a team of 3 developers and own the technical side of a single Laravel-based web application. Шукаємо Backend Developer, який буде працювати над інтеграцією та розвитком платіжних рішень у iGaming-продукті.

Обов’язки:

• Інтегрувати та підтримувати платіжні провайдери.
• Розробляти та розвивати уніфікований шар інтеграцій (payment gateway/adapter layer): стандартизація API, конфігурації, параметрів, статусів, мапінг помилок.
• Реалізовувати обробку callbacks/webhooks: валідація підписів, idempotency, ретраї, дедуплікація, обробка race conditions.
• Будувати надійні фінансові процеси: транзакційність, консистентність, аудит, коректні стани платежу (state machine), безпечні виплати.
• Працювати з reconciliation: звірка платежів з провайдером, розбір розбіжностей, автоматизація звітності/логування.
• Проєктувати гнучку архітектуру платіжного модуля з орієнтацією на довгострокову підтримку та швидке підключення нових PSP.

Вимоги:

• PHP 8.x, досвід від 3 років.
• Laravel від 1 року (або еквівалентний досвід Symfony).
• MySQL 5.7–8.0: транзакції, робота з високими навантаженнями, розуміння блокувань/ізоляцій, оптимізація запитів.
• Redis (кеш, сесії/локи, rate limiting).
• Git/GitHub, GitHub flow.
• Сильні навички роботи з API: інтеграція сторонніх API (REST/JSON), побудова власних API, логування, версіонування, документація.
• Досвід інтеграцій із платіжними системами / провайдерами.
• Розуміння типових проблем оплат: idempotency, retries, timeouts, webhook delivery, статуси платежів, chargeback/rollback логіка (на рівні системи), антифрод-патерни.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід з Docker, Nginx, базові DevOps-навички (Debian-подібні системи).
• NodeJS / Socket.io або подієва взаємодія між сервісами (PubSub), Redis як PubSub між PHP та NodeJS/Swoole.
• Черги (Horizon/Redis queues, RabbitMQ).
• Frontend: Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 (як плюс для повного розуміння флоу).

Шукаємо Middle PHP Developer, який приєднається до команди та працюватиме над розвитком і стабільністю внутрішнього продукту.

На початковому етапі ви будете занурюватися в архітектуру та бізнес-логіку проєкту, виконуючи повноцінні задачі з backend-розробки. Після проходження навчання та адаптації передбачається перехід до команди технічного супроводу продукту, де основним фокусом стане дослідження складних технічних проблем, аналіз багів і пошук причин неочікуваної поведінки системи.

Що потрібно

• Від 3 років комерційного досвіду розробки на PHP
• Впевнене володіння PHP 7.4+
• Практичний досвід роботи з MySQL, MariaDB або PostgreSQL
• Досвід роботи із системами черг RabbitMQ та/або Gearman
• Розуміння принципів побудови стабільних і масштабованих backend-рішень
• Досвід інтеграції із зовнішніми API та сторонніми сервісами
• Вміння розбиратися в чужому коді та знаходити причини технічних проблем
• Навички написання чистого, структурованого та підтримуваного коду
• Досвід тестування, налагодження та виправлення помилок

• Оптимізувати продуктивність і стабільність системи
• Тестувати реалізовані рішення та виправляти технічні помилки

Після переходу до команди технічного супроводу

• Досліджувати баги та неочікувану поведінку продукту
• Аналізувати ситуації, коли функціонал працює некоректно або перестає працювати
• Знаходити першопричини проблем у коді, базах даних, інтеграціях і бізнес-логіці
• Відтворювати помилки та пропонувати оптимальні технічні рішення
• Виправляти дефекти й запобігати їх повторному виникненню
• Взаємодіяти з розробниками та іншими командами для оперативного вирішення складних питань
• Документувати знайдені проблеми та реалізовані рішення
