Команда LeaSoft шукає Middle-Senior Tech Artist, який спеціалізується на інтеграції 2D графіки та Spine-анімацій у проєкти. Якщо ти добре розумієш технічну сторону пайплайнів, можеш організувати процес підготовки та впровадження контенту у гру, і хочеш працювати з топовими фахівцями у сфері iGaming - ця роль саме для тебе.

Наш партнер працює на ринку вже 9 років та є публічною компанією, яка входить до списку NASDAQ. Наразі вони активно розширюють напрямок розробки ігор і внутрішніх інструментів, де ми беремо участь як ключовий технічний партнер.
 

Про проєкт:

Це довготривалий проєкт у сфері iGaming, спрямований на створення інноваційних рішень та ігор нового покоління. Ви будете працювати у команді з досвідченими інженерами та технічним архітектором з 15+ роками досвіду.

Жодного легасі - ви працюватимете з чистим пайплайном, сучасними інструментами та матимете прямий вплив на візуальний стиль та інтеграцію ігрових елементів.
 

Що робити у проєкті?

Як Tech Artist, ви станете ключовою ланкою між командою художників, аніматорів та розробників. Ваша головна зона відповідальності - технічна інтеграція графіки та анімацій у проєкт, а також побудова ефективних пайплайнів для їхнього використання у продакшені.

• Організовувати та готувати графічні ассети, надані художниками, для інтеграції у рушій
• Інтегрувати Spine-анімації та 2D-графіку у проєкт, забезпечуючи їх коректну роботу в реальному часі.
• Оптимізувати контент під вимоги рушія та продуктивності.
• Налаштовувати пайплайни та технічні інструменти для спрощення роботи команди.
• Збирати фічі у грі використовуючи готові анімації з використанням Internal No Code AI Framework
• Співпрацювати з гейм-дизайнерами, художниками, аніматорами та фронтенд-розробниками для узгодження технічних рішень.
• Впливати на візуальну якість фінальних продуктів через технічну експертизу.

Переважний професійний рівень

Middle-Senior, з глибокими знаннями та реальним досвідом у продакшені Spine-анімацій та графічній підготовці. Людина, яка може самостійно організувати пайплайн, знаходити технічні рішення та брати участь у комунікації з міжнародною командою.

Які професійні навички нам важливі?
 

• 3+ років досвіду роботи Tech Artist or Similar
• Впевнена робота в Photoshop
• Впевнений рівень роботи у Spine (створення складних анімацій, rigging)
  Розуміння принципів оптимізації графіки для реального часу
• Досвід інтеграції Spine-анімацій у проєкти
• Базові знання пайплайнів 2D-ігор
• Відмінні комунікаційні навички та командна взаємодія
• Вміння працювати з наявними пайплайнами та пропонувати покращення
  
   

Чи потрібна англійська?

• Так 

 Мінімальний рівень -Intermediate (розмовний), з готовністю підвищити до Upper-Intermediate, оскільки передбачається регулярна взаємодія з англомовною командою в Лондоні.

Розмір та структура команди

• Україна: Зараз над проєктом працює 11 спеціалістів з нашої сторони:

6 Front-end розробників

• Лондон: Game Designer, Artists, Back-end Dev

Після перемоги - команда базується у Харкові, але розглядаємо і повністю віддалений формат співпраці.
 

Де приймаються технічні рішення?

• Високорівневі рішення - спільно з Лідом з нашої сторони та Лондонською студією
• Середній та низький рівень - зона відповідальності команди, включно з вами
   

За умовами:

• Випробувальний термін: 1 місяць
• Овертайми: не практикуються та не плануються
  Графік: базово 9:00–18:00, гнучко
• Віддалена робота: декілька днів на тиждень, можливість повного ремоуту тимчасово
• Відпустка: 15 робочих днів на рік (20 після 3 років)
• Релокейт: наразі не передбачено
   

Зарплата: у гривні за курсом Євро на день конвертації. Податки сплачує спеціаліст, бухгалтерія компенсується компанією
