What you will do: 

• Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and build data-based strategies
• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (ER, CR, Traffic, CTR, etc.), providing insights to the team on campaign performance
• Own end-to-end management of marketing projects (SEO, Paid Ads, Media Buying, SMM, Content, Email Marketing)
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards;
• Contribute to marketing strategy development and campaign planning;
• Oversee campaign launches, optimization, and scaling;

What we are expecting from you:

• At least 1 years of marketing experience in the crypto/Web3 industry, with a portfolio or examples of your work
• Deep, "crypto-native" understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a must. You should be familiar with DeFi, L1/L2s, and the airdrop, testnet, and token sale landscape
• A solid understanding of core marketing principles and tactics, including social media, content, PR and  SEO concepts;
• Basic knowledge of how popular CMS works (WordPress, Webflow, etc); 
• Deep understanding of digital analytics (GA4, GCS, Ahrefs);
• Understanding of how main Ad Networks work (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads);

• Strong proficiency in C#
• Understanding of OOP principles and commonly used development approaches
• Experience working with physics in 3D Unity projects
