    We are looking for a talented Marketing Cloud Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our project for working on enterprise-level projects from the USA.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    MUST HAVE

    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Email Studio, Automation Studio, & Journey Builder.
    • 2+ years of experience with writing multi-step SQL queries for segmentation.
    • 2+ years of experience with email coding using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially for data segmentation, targeting, and email rendering issues. This is important for optimizing campaign performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
    • Ability to manage your time set expectations with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
    • Enthusiasm for learning in this role, and interest in the email marketing or digital marketing space. 
    • English — Intermediate+

       

    WILL BE A PLUS

    • Location in Lviv or Kyiv

       

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will be responsible for email development, data queries and segmentation, and Journey Builder. This includes coding emails, ensuring tracking tags are embedded, QA testing, creating queries, automating query activities, and creating or updating email marketing journeys.
    • Email Development: Coding Emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
    • Ensure all necessary tracking tags are properly embedded into the email.
    • QA & test email via Litmus. Email Deployment for sends,
    • Data Queries & Segmentation: Creating queries for audience segmentation, A/B testing, email sends, and reporting purposes.
    • Creating and automating query activities.
    • Journey Builder: Create or update email marketing journeys.
    • Joining team meetings, including sprint planning

       

    WORK SCHEDULE:
    Full-time working days, flexible hours, and the full remote are available.
     

    INTERVIEW STAGES:

    1. Screen with a recruiter (up to 30 minutes)

    2. Technical interview (up to 1 hour)

    3. Client interview with (up to 1 hour)

    About the role:

    We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deployment Specialist to support the delivery and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple business units. In this hands-on role, you will work directly in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio to ensure seamless execution of cross-channel campaigns, precise data integration, and personalized communication.

    You’ll collaborate closely with both marketing and engineering teams, navigating complex Salesforce environments and applying best practices for scalable, compliant campaign management.

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Set up, configure, and deploy campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and journeys in Marketing Cloud.
    • Manage data extensions, subscriber configurations, automations, and send classifications across multiple business units.
    • Build segmentation logic using SQL queries and data filters to deliver targeted messaging.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce Data Cloud teams to activate audiences and ensure accurate targeting.
    • Oversee integrations with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, using tools like Contact Builder and synchronized data sources.
    • Support IP warming plans and deliverability efforts in coordination with marketing and email operations teams.
    • Implement and follow QA procedures for campaign assets and journeys prior to deployment.
    • Document processes, naming conventions, and campaign configuration standards to ensure scalability and consistency.
    • Assist in training marketing stakeholders to improve effective platform usage.
    • Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and features.

     

    We expect:

    • 3+ years of experience deploying campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
    • Proficiency in SQL for segmentation and data operations within Marketing Cloud.
    • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-unit marketing workflows.
    • Understanding of subscriber management, data retention, and opt-in/opt-out compliance.
    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
    • High attention to detail and ability to execute efficiently in high-volume environments.
    • Problem-solving skills in audience targeting, deliverability issues, and automation troubleshooting.

       

    Nice to have:

    • Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or similar.
    • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Mobile Studio, or Advertising Studio.
    • Working knowledge of AMPscript and/or SSJS for dynamic content.
    • Experience using Data Cloud for audience activation and personalization workflows.
    • Familiarity with Distributed Marketing, business unit permissions, and brand-level templates.
    • Previous involvement in enterprise-level IP warming and inbox optimization.
    • Experience with email testing platforms like Litmus or Email on Acid.
    • Understanding of campaign analytics using tools like Datorama or similar.

    - Agile/Scrum delivery experience
