What you will do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create personalized customer journeys and segmentation strategies.
• Monitor and optimize email marketing performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and automation.
• Advising clients
• Ability to clearly understand business needs
   

We are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Goal-oriented and self-disciplined.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce;
• Experience with Apex, Lightning, JavaScript, SOAP/ REST APIs.
• Expert in the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Experience with integration using various approaches;
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce limits, ability to overcome the limits, ability to write highly scalable applications; knowledge of Salesforce strengths & weaknesses;
• Solid understanding of web technologies, OOP concepts & best practises, data structures, algorithms; ability to design & develop highly scalable functionality;
• Great knowledge of Database Design; experience analyzing queries, designing complex data structures;
• Experience debugging & reviewing code;
• Multiple Salesforce certifications demonstrating current skills as a developer;
• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps-related tools;
• Upper-Intermediate and higher English level;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficiency with LLMs tools for Salesforce development.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing new functionalities, alterations, and customizations of Salesforce applications;
• Customer support, liaising directly with the clients;
• Analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements;
• Cooperating successfully with other engineers, developers, architects, Quality Assurance, and the management team in order to understand the needs of the project and deliver value to the customers;
• Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with other team members and clients;
• Participate in the application architecture design process with TAs;
• Mentorship of Trainee and Junior Salesforce developers.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ year of experience working with Salesforce platform;
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Platform including Security, Database, Declarative;
• Great knowledge of Apex, Visualforce & Lightning (LWC is a plus);
• Experience working with Sales & Service Cloud;
• Understand how SOQL & Aggregation works;
• Experience integrating Salesforce using various approaches;
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures and OOP concepts;
• Good knowledge of DB design;
• Solid understanding of web technologies and concepts (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP, SSL, Routing, DNS, Cookies, Sessions, etc);
• One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current skills as a developer;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level;
• Excellent communication skills.
