We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our cybersecurity services direction. This role requires a strong combination of sales expertise and solid cybersecurity domain knowledge to effectively position, sell, and expand our security offerings across target markets.

You will be responsible for driving new business, shaping go-to-market strategy, and working closely with delivery and technical teams to convert complex opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the final sales cycle for cybersecurity services - closing and account expansion
• Drive new business development across target industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, Enterprise)
• Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities in cybersecurity (application security, cloud security, DevSecOps, compliance, etc.)
• Lead client conversations at C-level (CISO, CTO, CIO) and position strategic value beyond pure delivery
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with predictable revenue outcomes
• Contribute to cybersecurity go-to-market strategy, messaging, and offerings development
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful deal execution
• Track market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging cybersecurity demands

RequirementsSales & Commercial Experience

• 2+ years in B2B sales within IT services, consulting, or cybersecurity
• Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills (T&M, fixed price, retainers, etc.)

Cybersecurity Domain Knowledge (Critical)

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as:
  • Application Security (SAST, DAST, secure SDLC)
  • Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP security, IAM, posture management)
  • DevSecOps practices
  • Security assessments, audits, and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Ability to confidently communicate with technical and security stakeholders
• Experience selling cybersecurity services or solutions is strongly preferred

Other

• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Existing network of security leaders (CISOs, Heads of Security)
• Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, Enterprise SaaS)
• Familiarity with security tools/vendors ecosystem

Ми пропонуємо:

• ЗП: ставка + % від продажів, в сезон ваш дохід стартуватиме від 60 000 грн і вище. Середня вилка ЗП у сезон: 60 000 — 80 000 грн+, без обмежень у доході. Що вище результат, то вище заробіток. Додатково — є можливість отримати квартальні/піврічні/річні фіксовані бонуси за виконання плану;
• на старті розглядаємо гібридний формат роботи: офіс + remote (в тому числі відрядження). Згодом — перехід на віддалений формат з регулярними відрядженнями в рамках регіону та гнучким приїздом у офіс (за потреби); 
• 5/2 пн-пт: з 8:30 до з 17:30 відповідно;
• у відрядженнях ми беремо витрати на себе: пальне й амортизацію, а за потреби — і проживання;

Натомість, очікуємо:

• досвід роботи від 2-х років на посаді регіонального/ї менеджера/ки та(або) менеджера/ки з розвитку чи менеджера/ки з продажу В2В;
• досвід відкриття та розвитку торгових представництв — буде суттєвою перевагою;
• вмієш самостійно шукати та залучати нових клієнтів;
• знаєш та застосовуєш етапи продажів;
• маєш досвід роботи з CRM-системами для контролю й аналізу результатів регіональних продажів;
• досвід контролю роботи персоналу, дотримання стандартів в торгових точках, навчання персоналу — буде перевагою.
• наявність водійського посвідчення та авто — обовʼязково.
   

Основна задача цієї ролі — системний розвиток вже залучених партнерів (торгові представництва й напрямок майстрів/бригад) та масштабування регіону через підключення нових партнерів.

• активне залучення нових торгових точок і майстрів;
• розвиток діючих партнерів (середній чек, частота, оборот);
• повний супровід партнера: від переговорів до контролю оплат;

• аналіз конкурентів і ініціація рішень для посилення позицій;
• управління дебіторською заборгованістю.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in IT sales or Upwork client acquisition who is ready to operate in a high-responsibility, full-cycle sales environment.
 

This role requires ownership of the entire sales process — from first contact with the client through negotiation, closing, and structured handover to the delivery team, ensuring quality execution and long-term value.
 

Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new clients on Upwork (and other platforms)
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead → pre-sales → proposal → negotiation → closing → handover to delivery team
- Write and adapt high-conversion proposals for IT projects
- Analyze project opportunities (fit / budget / scope / risk assessment)
- Communicate with clients (chat, calls, email)
- Negotiate and close deals, then hand over projects to the delivery team
- Maintain long-term client relationships (upsell/repeat business)
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency (proposal writing, personalization, follow-ups, reporting, research support)
- Monitor competitors and market trends (rates, demand, niches)
 

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in IT Sales (outsourcing)
- Proven experience working on Upwork (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel (lead → call → negotiation → close)
- Understanding of IT services (Web / Mobile / QA / DevOps / Design)
- Experience writing proposals and communicating with international clients
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (B2–C1)
- Ability to evaluate project budgets, scope, and feasibility
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily sales work
