Вимоги до досвіду:

• 3+ роки практичного досвіду управління проєктами за Scrum;
• Досвід ведення кількох команд одночасно;
• Досвід побудови процесів управління проєктами з нуля;
• Досвід роботи у продуктових або enterprise-проєктах;

Професійні навички

• Глибоке розуміння основних методологій управління проєктами (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
• Вміння працювати з пріоритетами та змінами в умовах високої відповідальності та стислих термінів;
• Досвід роботи з Jira / Confluence;
• Розуміння SDLC та базових технічних аспектів (API, інтеграції).

Ця роль - про системну координацію між військовими підрозділами, інженерними командами, зовнішніми вендорами та внутрішніми R&D-напрямками. Ви відповідатимете за повний цикл впровадження рішень - від отримання запиту до запуску, супроводу та подальшого масштабування. 

Ми шукаємо людину з сильними проєктними навичками, структурним мисленням та розумінням специфіки військового середовища. 

Основні обов’язки: 

• Збір та систематизація запитів від військових підрозділів щодо нових інтеграцій або адаптації технологій під бойове застосування. 
• Формування та координація робочих груп за платформами й задачами (спільно з представниками підрозділів).
