Основна мета цієї ролі — прискорювати зростання Epica, фокусуючись на напрямках із найбільшим потенціалом впливу: драйвити запуск e-commerce операцій у ніші beauty, нових форматів продукту та оптимізацію шляхів монетизації.

Твоя зона впливу:

• Запуск і масштабування e-commerce операцій: розвиток нових продуктових концептів, запуск нових SKU, координація з виробниками та third-party logistics (3PL), execution від ідеї продукту до доставки клієнту.
• Комунікація з креаторами та інфлюенсерами: постановка задач, контроль продакшину контенту, управління дедлайнами, формування та розвиток пулів інфлюенсерів для запуску продуктів.

На даний момент ми в пошуку Technical Product Coordinator для компанії, що є виробником передових рішень у сфері defense tech. Ви долучитесь до Інтеграційного відділу, який займається підтримкою клієнтів в процесі впровадження продуктів компанії в їхні вироби на всіх етапах розробки.  
Як Technical Product Coordinator ви будете відповідати за організацію роботи по перетворенню інтеграційних рішень у готові продукти, які можна випускати серійно.   

Основні обов'язки: 

• Перетворювати інтеграційні напрацювання в стандартизовані продукти; 
• Організовувати процес стабілізації та перевірки готовності продукту;  
• Координувати передачу прототипів у серійне виробництво;

Ми шукаємо Project coordinator'а, який(а) підсилить команду та буде працювати над Embedded рішенням від ідеї та вимог до передачі в маспродакшн.
Це не просто координація задач, а цілий процес управління життєвим циклом продукту. Ви будете точною узгодження, яка поєднуватиме розробку, інтеграцію, тестування, виробництво та користувацький фідбек, а також забезпечуватиме разом з командою ефективний і прогнозований delivery складних технологічних продуктів.

Обов’язки:

• Ведення таск-менеджменту в Jira: створення, оновлення та підтримка актуальності задач.
• Доповнення Jira тікетів необхідними деталями через попередню комунікацію
• Відстежування та актуалізація тікетів: статусів, дедлайнів і пріоритетів, ескалація блокерів.
• Підготовка щоденних/тижневих статусів та звітів по задачах.
• Допомога в плануванні: збір оцінок, оновлення беклогу
• Організація мітингів: agenda, нотатки, follow-up
• Підтримка документації (Confluence/Google Docs): оновлення, створення чеклістів, структуризація інформації.

Ця роль передбачає активну роботу з інженерною командою, координацію процесів від ідеї до реалізації та забезпечення стабільного розвитку продукта у динамічному Miltech-середовищі.
