Основні обов’язки

• Забезпечення ефективного виконання задач у Jira, включаючи створення, відстеження, комунікацію з командою, візуалізацію прогресу через дашборди, формування таймлайнів та аналіз ефективності роботи, своєчасне виявлення затримок та підтримка команди 
• Підтримка актуальної та структурованої документації проектів, включаючи її створення, оновлення, організацію та контроль, забезпечення доступності та зручності використання інформації для всіх учасників проекту 
• Забезпечення безперебійної роботи систем та дашбордів шляхом моніторингу, виявлення та усунення помилок, взаємодії з технічними командами, ведення звітності, налаштування систем сповіщень для оперативного реагування на критичні події, оптимізація та підтримку систем моніторингу
