Ми шукаємо досвідченого пілота БПЛА в українську mil-tech компанію Dark River Group, яка створює інноваційні рішення для посилення обороноздатності України.

✅Обовʼязкові hard-скіли:

• Практичний досвід пілотування БПЛА типу крила (fixed-wing).
• Вміння виконувати повну передпольотну підготовку борта:
  • перевірка механіки
  • живлення
  • автопілота
  • звʼязку
  • GPS та сенсорів
• Розуміння архітектури БПЛА:
  • автопілот
  • силова установка
  • системи звʼязку
  • навігація
  • керуючі поверхні
• Досвід роботи з автопілотами ArduPilot / iNav:
  • режими польоту
  • fail-safe
• Вміння виконувати:
  • ручний зліт / посадку
  • політ в автоматичних режимах
  • повернення борта у нестандартних ситуаціях
• Розуміння вимог безпеки під час польотів і тестувань.
• Вміння читати та виконувати чек-листи, SOP, інструкції.
   

✅Буде перевагою:

• Досвід польотів у складних умовах (вітер, РЕБ, обмежений простір).
• Досвід участі у тестових / експериментальних польотах.
• Навички дрібного ремонту та обслуговування бортів у польових умовах.
• Досвід роботи з:
  • телеметрією
  • логами польоту
  • аналізом помилок після польоту
• Досвід роботи з аналоговими / цифровими відеосистемами.

✅Твої майбутні задачі:

• Виконання польотів на БПЛА типу крила.
• Повна передпольотна підготовка бортів.
• Контроль технічного стану борта:
  • до польоту
  • після польоту
• Участь у:
  • тестових
  • калібрувальних
  • валідаційних польотах
• Виявлення та фіксація технічних проблем:
  • у польоті
  • після аналізу логів
• Надання фідбеку інженерам щодо:
  • поведінки борта
  • стабільності
  • керованості
• Дотримання процедур безпеки та внутрішніх регламентів.
• Участь у підготовці та оновленні:
  • чек-листів
  • SOP
  • інструкцій для пілотів

• Польові та тестові польоти.
• Робота з реальними бортами та прототипами.
• Тісна взаємодія з інженерами та майстернею.
• Орієнтація на результат і безпеку.

Це компанія, яка створює AI-системи автономного управління роями дронів. Технологія не залежить від конкретного виробника, зменшує ризики для людини та вже довела свою ефективність у десятках тисяч місій. У вересні 2025 року компанія залучила $15 млн інвестицій.
 

Фахівець буде відповідати за розробку, налаштування та тестування Ardupilot для різних платформ БПЛА.
 

Вимоги:
- Досвід з Ardupilot, PX4 або подібними open-source стеками на коптерах.
- Знання MAVLink, mission plannin та протоколів зв'язку БПЛА.
- Практичний досвід налаштування БПЛА, льотних випробувань та аналізу журналів (Mission Planner, MAVProxy тощо).
