    Incora is a Lviv-based growth-oriented IT team. We believe in working smart, and that includes using the latest AI tools to help us move fast, test more, and scale content with impact.

     

    We are looking for a Content Writer who can take full ownership of our content production across multiple channels, or we can just say as it is: “content geek” who loves experimenting, generating high-quality texts quickly, and adapting tone of voice for different formats.

     

    If you are used to just executing tasks, at Incora you’ll plan, adapt and optimize our content ecosystem. Sounds nice? You might be the one!

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Create engaging short-form and long-form copy using various tones of voice (LinkedIn posts, ads, landing pages, newsletter content, etc.).

    • Produce AI-based, SEO-optimized blog articles that follow SEO specialist’s tech tasks and support our organic growth.

    • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to speed up ideation, research, drafting, and editing.

    • Take part in development and management of a content plan for all channels (LinkedIn, website blog, marketing campaigns).

    • Generate advertising copy for paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

    • Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to understand business goals and transform them into compelling content.

    • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

    • Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting it to different audiences and platforms.

     

    Requirements

     

    • Proven experience in copywriting (brand, SEO, or both, the more diverse, the better).

    • Strong understanding of content marketing principles.

    • Ability to work independently: plan topics, propose ideas, manage priorities.

    • Advanced skills in AI-assisted writing and content generation (must truly enjoy using AI).

    • Excellent written English.

    • Ability to quickly switch between tones, formats, and styles.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and optimize content performance.

     

    Nice to Have

     

    • Experience writing for B2B, tech, or service-based companies.

    • Familiarity with LinkedIn content best practices.

    • Interest in automation and content scalability.

    YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:


    - Constantly generating new ideas for creatives.
    - Analyzing the market for creative trends, quickly spotting viral content on TikTok and Instagram, and creating engaging videos to attract users.
    - Turning ideas into polished visuals and videos by creating clear and detailed briefs for the design team.
    - Participating in brainstorming sessions with creative marketers, User Acquisition Managers, and designers.
    - Analyzing the performance of tested creatives, identifying patterns and growth opportunities, and validating marketing hypotheses through creative experiments.
