Ми шукаємо Junior manual QA Engineer, який допоможе підтримувати високу якість продукту, розвивати тестову документацію та вдосконалювати процеси тестування.

Що ти будеш робити: 

Тестування

• тестувати вебплатформу та REST API;
• проводити функціональне, регресійне, smoke та sanity тестування;
• перевіряти новий функціонал та стабільність наявних рішень;
• досліджувати поведінку продукту та знаходити потенційні дефекти;
• брати участь у релізах і перевіряти функціонал після деплою.

Тестова документація

• створювати та підтримувати тест-кейси;
• розробляти та актуалізувати чеклісти;
• підтримувати тестову документацію в актуальному стані;
• допомагати покращувати підходи до тестування.

Робота з дефектами

• створювати детальні баг-репорти в Jira;
• аналізувати знайдені дефекти та допомагати визначати їхню причину;
• взаємодіяти з розробниками щодо виправлення багів;
• перевіряти виправлення та контролювати якість релізів.

Командна взаємодія

• співпрацювати з Development, Product та Support командами;
• брати участь в обговоренні нової функціональності;
• допомагати виявляти потенційні ризики ще до реалізації функціоналу;
• брати участь у розвитку QA-процесів команди.
   

Що важливо для цієї ролі:

• 1+ рік комерційного досвіду в Manual QA;
• практичний досвід тестування вебзастосунків та REST API;
• впевнене володіння функціональним, регресійним, smoke та sanity тестуванням;
• досвід роботи з Postman;
• досвід роботи з Jira;
• досвід роботи з TestRail, QASphere або іншими системами керування тестуванням;
• базові знання SQL, HTML/CSS та Git;
• розуміння принципів роботи HTTP/HTTPS, REST API та CI/CD;
• уважність до деталей, системне мислення та відповідальний підхід до роботи;
• здатність самостійно аналізувати задачі та ставити правильні запитання;

Графік — 5 днів на тиждень (пн-пт), повний робочий день (8 годин).
