• Develop, configure, and test Ardupilot-based flight control systems for various UAV platforms.
• Debug and optimize flight behaviors, parameters, and mission execution in both SITL (Software-in-the-Loop) and real flight environments.

Що ми очікуємо від вашого досвіду (Вимоги):
 

• Бекграунд: від 3 років практичного досвіду розробки механіки, електронних приладів або композитних виробів із фокусом на серійне (масове) виробництво.
• DFM (Design for Manufacturing): глибоке розуміння технологічних процесів та обмежень виробництва: фрезерування (ЧПУ), листове гнуття, термоформування.
• САПР: впевнене комерційне володіння SolidWorks та досвід роботи із системами управління інженерними даними (PDM).
• Hands-on підхід: готовність та вміння власноруч збирати, тестувати і дебажити власні конструкції.
• Комунікація: навички ефективної взаємодії з локальними (українськими) підрядниками та заводами.
• Освіта: профільна вища інженерно-технічна освіта.

ВАШІ ЗАДАЧІ:

• Проєктування механічної частини тепловізійних камер.
• Розробка 3D-моделей і конструкторської документації у CAD-системах.
• Проєктування корпусів для електроніки з урахуванням теплових, механічних і вібраційних навантажень.
• Розробка та супровід виготовлення прототипів (3D-друк, ЧПК та інші технології).
• Підготовка конструкторської документації для серійного виробництва відповідно до принципів DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
• Взаємодія з командами електроніки, embedded-розробки та промислового дизайну.
• Участь у тестуванні прототипів та доопрацювання конструкції за результатами випробувань.
• Оптимізація конструкцій з урахуванням технологічності, надійності та вартості виробництва.
• Технічний супровід підготовки продукту до серійного виробництва.

МИ ШУКАЄМО ЛЮДИНУ З:

• 5+ років досвіду на посаді інженера-конструктора в галузі приладобудування, розробки електроніки (корпуси для РЕА) або точного машинобудування.
• Вищою технічною освітою (машинобудування, прикладна механіка або суміжні спеціальності).
• Експертне володіння однією з CAD-систем (наприклад, SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor).
• Глибокі знання матеріалознавства (пластики, метали, композити) та сучасних технологій виробництва (лиття під тиском, фрезерування на верстатах з ЧПК, 3D-друк).
• Досвідом підготовки конструкторської документації для серійного виробництва (DFM — Design for Manufacturing).
• Вміння працювати в команді, відмінні комунікаційні навички для тісної співпраці з інженерами-електроніками, програмістами та дизайнерами.
• Досвід менторства або керівництва невеликою групою інженерів буде значною перевагою.
• Англійською мовою на рівні, достатньому для читання технічної документації (Intermediate).

Який досвід ми шукаємо:

• Стандартизація: розуміння галузевих нормативів (дизайн топологій, проєктування шаблонів для пасти, а також критерії оцінки якості змонтованих плат).
• САПР та Бази даних: впевнена робота з Altium Designer (акцент на генерацію CAM-файлів та ведення баз) та досвід взаємодії з серверними сховищами компонентів (на кшталт Concord Pro / Vault).
• Елементна база: обізнаність у сучасній номенклатурі радіоелектроніки.
• Робота з документацією: вміння аналізувати технічні специфікації вендорів (datasheets) для безпомилкового відтворення геометрії посадкових місць (footprints) та графічних символів.
• Технології виробництва: розуміння повного циклу виготовлення голого текстоліту та процесів поверхневого/вивідного монтажу.
• Експортні дані: знання структури виробничих архівів та параметрів вихідних форматів.
• Базовий інструментарій: досвід роботи з системами контролю версій та таск-трекерами (Git, Jira тощо).
   

Ваша зона відповідальності:

• Наповнення бази: розробка схемних позначень та паттернів для корпоративної бібліотеки в Altium Designer із суворим дотриманням гайдлайнів виробників.
• Контроль якості: проведення крос-рев'ю нових елементів, створених колегами, та підтримка чистоти єдиної компонентної бази.
• DFM-аналіз: аудит готових топологій на технологічність та відповідність обмеженням конкретних заводів-виробників.
• Підготовка до релізу: генерація повного пакета конструкторської документації (для PCB та PCBA) з урахуванням специфіки поточного проєкту.
• Валідація архівів: перевірка експортованих файлів на повноту та коректність перед фінальним релізом.
• Комунікація з підрядниками: безпосередня передача готових виробничих пакетів на заводи та супровід цього процесу.
