You will work together with our internal team (PMs, Consultants, Technical Architects, Developers, etc.) to execute customer projects from initial demand to the live product. It’s an enterprise-scale project with an opportunity to work with customers across multiple countries and departments.

    Key qualifications:

     

    - Higher technical or ecomonic education

    - English — Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English.

    - 2+ years hands-on development experience in Power Platform development (Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Business Process Flows, Forms, Business rules, Security role configuration)

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
    • Finding and evaluating suppliers, products and services, negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality.
    • Develops and negotiates long term relationships with strategic suppliers.
    • Manages Supplier risk by ensuring continuity business plans are in place for potential unpreventable interruption to the supply chain.
    • Experience with global sourcing.
    • Take ownership of the purchasing budget, policy, guidelines and any associated documents.
    • Main procurement KPI’s achievement.
    • Provide mentorship to department under control, set its objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance.

       

    Requirements for a successful candidate:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or International Economic Relations is preferred.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders.
    • Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Applicants must have the ability to think critically working outside the box.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
    • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
    • Proficiency in English (B2 and over) is required.

    Position Overview

     

    We are looking for a talented and organized YouTube Scriptwriter to join our media team on a part-time or freelance basis. You will be responsible for writing weekly scripts for our YouTube channel, focused on BIM, VDC, and construction industry insights. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller who understands how to simplify complex topics while keeping a professional, engaging tone for our core audience — project managers, subcontractors, and business owners in the construction industry (30+ age group).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write original scripts for 5–10 minute YouTube videos (1 per week) 
    • Craft clear, compelling intros and maintain viewer engagement throughout 

    • Include relevant calls to action (CTAs) tailored to the topic and target audience 

    • Suggest visual ideas and animation concepts to support editors and motion designers 

    • Ensure tone and style are consistent with our brand and audience expectations 

    • Conduct light research if needed to support content accuracy 

    • Adapt to feedback from the team and participate in improving overall content quality

     

    Requirements

     

    2+ years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or related content roles 

    • Strong English writing skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
