Responsibilities:

· Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based applications.

· Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

· Integrate Power Automate with existing systems to optimize workflows.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows.

· Document processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

· Work with SharePoint as a Data source

· Understand the principles of API

Requirements

· Experience in implementing Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Cloud Flows Canvas apps

· Experience in configuring connectors and integrations to connect Power Automate with various data sources and applications.

· Experience with SharePoint development

· Have a knowledge of Office 365 platform

· Knowledge of Power Platform architectural best practices and design principles. 

· Experience with programming or scripting languages is a plus

To support this growth, we’re expanding our project team and inviting candidates to apply for the position of Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You may have different levels of experience – Junior, Middle, or Senior. What matters most is your motivation to deepen your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and your willingness to grow professionally as part of a collaborative team. Your key activities will be:

• Participate in implementation and support projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) for Ukrainian and international clients.
• Continuously develop your professional competencies through training, mastering Innoware’s project methodology, and obtaining Microsoft international certifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with clients, describing and analyzing business processes to transfer them into the system.
• Configuring and setting up D365 BC and Power BI.
• Creating project documentation and aligning it with the client.
• Estimating the time required to complete tasks.
• Preparing technical specifications for the development team and collaborating with them to implement system modifications.
• Performing acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets customer needs and requirements.
• Supporting customers during acceptance testing, deployment of new features, and Go-Live.

Additionally, in the future (or now, if you already have relevant experience):

• Mentoring less experienced specialists.
• Supporting data migration processes.
• Integrating D365 BC with other systems and applications.
• Ensuring quality control of tasks at various stages of the project.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 1+ years of experience in implementing D365 BC as a Consultant or Analyst.
• Understanding of all stages of an ERP system implementation project.
• Solid knowledge of standard D365 BC functionality.
• Understanding of business processes – finance and/or logistics, trade, production, etc., and willingness to learn new topics.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience in configuring Power BI.

Must-have:

What you will do (end-to-end)

Discovery / Presales

○ Participate in discovery and scope definition (SoW)

○ Take part in pre-sales & marketing activities

Business analysis & delivery

Work with Process Owners, SMEs, and the technical team to deliver the solution.

○ Guidance on using D365 CE / Power Platform functional capabilities

○ Lead workshops; capture business/IT requirements; produce process documentation

○ Convert requirements into user stories & use-cases (incl. user stories design)

○ Align requirements/design with customer, coordinate with stakeholders

○ Deliver PoC with the technical team

○ Demo completed user stories at the end of each sprint

○ Coordinate with client Product Owner / Key Users

Functional design, build & test

○ Write detailed functional design/specifications for developers

○ Configure the system (settings, low/code no-code development/prototyping, custom AI Features implementation using Copilot)

○ Run acceptance testing (user stories and process acceptance)

Go-live & post go-live

○ Support smooth go-live by project end

○ Provide customer support services

○ Contribute to retrospective testing automation (after learning)

• Практичний досвід у проектах системної інтеграції (ERP — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central; DAM; e-Commerce) буде перевагою;
